My Aunt Barbara

I had to  go to Burbank, Illinois yesterday, because the cancer  around her colon and bladder  is bleeding and killing her.  When I was growing up she was always telling me that I was her favorite niece,, Might have  changed a tiny bit since Yesterday was the first that I have seen her since a little over 15 years ago.. I was told today that yesterday was the first time she stayed up the longest for a while.. She had refused chemo treatement and such,,  She looks like my dad's mom  now.. When she seen my cousin Mary chris(Yes Family is cruel- with some name jokes{Mary Chris Smith--Read that fast}She started smiling,, then my Uncle fred came into the room right before my dad.. she didn't see me at first until I moved from behind my dad// I heard Suuuuuuuuuzyyyy(shup- only rl fam are allowed to call me that) .. I guess the nurse told my dad  that was the first time my aunt has stayed up joked around for a long time and smiled.. Glad I was part of  the warming light she had.. She doesn't have much time left.. I am glad that I had the time to go down to see her and give her a smile.
