This list is the first on the HOTTEST Pull Down Menu.

It is the easiest to explain. It's based on yesterday's point, and nothing else.

At Fubar Midnight (Pacific, 3AM Eastern), everybody's daily point counter resets to zero. The person who ran the last Happy Hour yesterday will be the immediate point leader because they wil get their Happy Hour Bonus at 12:00:01 AM.

At about 10 Minutes into the new day, each profile will display their rank on their page. If the number lower (higher rank) the number will be GREEN. If it is higher (lower rank) the number will be RED. In the unusual but not impossible instance where the rank is the same, the number will be WHITE. The list itself does not update right away, so it will display the previous days people in their order or points totals.

This list has only ten pages and shows only the top 100.

In the early days, everything had a set value in points, with the only bonus for being Shitfaced and VIP 10% each. When the bonus would come was a few years ago, and it was only once in a while. In 2013, there would be a bonus most days, but not all, and rarely on Sundays. Since the bonus was enacted, there is only one day of the year when there will be no bonus, and that is for September 11, in honor of those who lost their lives in the Islamist Millitant Terrorist Attacks with four airliners crashing into both World Trade Center Towers in New York City, the Pentagon in Arlington Virginia, and the one failed because passengers attacked the hijackers causing that one to crash in Somerset County Pennsylvania. In addition, Fubar also turns off Happy Hours for the entire 24 hours.  In 2015, September 11 came on a Friday, and the bonus was kept off until late Sunday, September 13. Expect something similar this year, when it will fall on a Sunday.

The other thing this list has, is a drop down window that appears the first time you go to your home page in a new day. It will display a random TEN users of the top 25 ranked by points, and they will be ordered left to right, top to bottom according to rank. The Number 1 for the day can only appear in the top left position, and the Number 25 can only appear in the bottom right position. Using statistics and equally likely randomness, the ranks between 10 and 15 are the most likely to appear somewhere on the page most every time. Ranks going toward Number 1, and toward Number 25 are increasingly less likely to appear on the drop down. Anyone can make this drop down apper at any time, on any page except when looking at the Happy Hours, Most Lounges, and Purchasing Credits. This is by clicking the FLAME shaped icon to the left of the CONNECT in the top right of the page. Each time the users displayed will change, arranged as described above.

Again, this list is based entirely on points and nothing else.

The Hottest Overall List, is two lists in one, split in two.

The bottom of each page has the following as explaination:

note: the ranking is calculated based on a users overall rating, the number of times they've been rated, how often their profile is viewed, how many people they've invited who joined, and how many fans they have. members inactive for over a month are excluded.

Left side is Lifetime, Right side is Daily. I'll write about each list separately, beginning with Daily.

I will preface this by saying that points has nothing at all to do with this ranking, it has nothing to do with what level you are, how long you have been on Fubar, how many friends/fans/families etc..

The Daily Hotness List is based on total number of profile rates, direct or indirect. Because of its name, it is updated every morning. The list goes to 2000 and is displayed on your public profile. This ranking is with everyone, men and women together as one big list.

The Lifetime Hotness List is just that, but it updates Wednesday and Saturday mornings only. Only the top 999 will have that show on their page but I have seen number 1000 have it once in a while.

The top TEN LIFETIME have the unique position with a bright red name. They have been on Fubar a long time, and these will not change much at all.

The HTML Color is "red" or hex "FF0000" for this.

If you click NEXT at the bottom of the page, you can go to 11 through 20, and can repeat that until you get to where you are on the list. The other way is go to the page you are on directly. Page one URL is:

Page two is: http://fubar.com/top_members.php?idx=10 

That means that 10 or TENTH spot will be the position first above that page. 20 will display 21 through 30 and so on.

Let's say your Today's Fubar Rank is 693, change that number at the end to 690 or http://fubar.com/top_members.php?idx=690

If your rank ends with a zero, use the number 10 less than your number. Position number 940 will appear on the page ending with 930.

Same thing for the lifetime rank.

Lifetime rank on your page only goes to 999, but the list goes to well past 1600, but varies to as far as 1730. There is some metric Fubar uses to determine where the last person listed will appear. 

The following is good as of April 15, 2016 when this was first published. If you come here later and this doesn't work, send me a message and I'll do a little research and update it. By July 1, 2016, these numbers will likely be different.

Let's say you have been on Fubar for a long time, but you don't have a lifetime rank on your page. You could go through every single page after 990 to the end, or you could narrow your search. First thing you need is your total number of profile rates.  As of today, the lowest spot on the list is 1693 and that user's rate count is 252,481. If your rate count is lower, you won't appear. Each time this updates, the lowest rank number can change and the rates the lowest ranked person has will always change.

I will show you TWO ways to find this out.

The 999 rank has a rate count of 462,321. So knowing your number you can start narrowing it down, here's one way to do it. I had someone ask me how to find them on the list. I looked at their count and saw 415,112 

Note, the Today's Fubar Rank and Top Chick of the Week have nothing to do with it, only that rate number 415,112

I'm going to start at 1,100  or http://fubar.com/top_members.php?idx=1100 If she isn't on that page, I would check the rate count of users on that page then go up or down until I find her. Turns out she is on that page.

This happened to be an easier one to find.

If your number is lower than the last, you could track your rate count daily, and see how many you increase every day, and estimate how long before you get to the list. You can also track yourself each update (Wednesdays and Saturdays) and track yourself on the list until you get to 999, when it will appear on your page.

Change your homepage to Old and Janky. Just for this, then put it back. Click MY then Settings.

When your home page appears, you will be able to see the lifetime rank.

This list is actually one, but listed individually on the HOTTEST pulldown.

It is the only list that is weekly

It is the only list that can be found in two places.

The only achievement that can be earned is for being Hottest Dude or Chick for the week. And that also allows you to have a dark red user name. There is an achievement for the first time making it to this list, but nothing for maintaining it.

The exact HEX code for this color is BB0000

This list updates at about 1 AM Fubar Time, 4 AM Eastern every Thursday. 

Every single Wednesday evening, no matter the bonus, people run Boomerangs and Famplifiers. I won' t say this is because the update is the next morninng.

Your public profile will display Top Dude or Top Chick of the Week #XXX, which leads to the other place you can find this list.

On your homepage, if it's set to Hotness, the center block (The Hotness Box) is 42 profiles. If you click Top Girls or Top Guys, it will display the top 42. At the bottom, you can click Next to see 43 through 84. This can be repeated all the way through to 1000 for both lists. There is no quick way to get to the higher numbers. A lot of people have never seen themselves on either of these lists. 
Dudes and Chicks, or Girls and Guys, this is one unique list. Like others, some want to be at the top or at least on the first page on the Hotness Box.

SO, how do people get on this list, and how do they get to the top? Profile rates. Eventually I'll blog about that, but I'll say that the first week of February I went for the top ten Weekly, because I just wanted a red name, one time. I was talked into going for number 1, even though it's not a separate achievement. The coolest part of that was appearing on that top left corner of top guys for just one week, that was enough.

Without going into it very deep, the number of profile rates for guys normally will be less than it will be for girls. This has always been a ladies game. Profile rates are direct (people come to your page and click any of the red numbered cherry shaped icons. All count, even Fluffy rating you a 4) or indirect (get added to someone's family when they run a Famplifier, and every rate they get, sends one to you. During that week, I had one day when I earned more than 28,000 and twice I was number 1 over all (including the ladies) for the day. For the week, I got just short of 100,000. For the most part it's 70,000 needed for number 1.  Be sure to announce that you want to go for it well ahead of time, so people can help you, and  people can slow down themselves as a courtesy. People do want you to get it.

The actual published information about this is as follows:

The Fubar Bands are forever level 70. This is a whole subculture on Fubar that people only barely touch. Some of these are cover bands, and some are very talented upstarts. There is literally every genre included here.

Go to the list and let it explain itself. I'll add that if you vote on the Band Battle, you hit less than 1% of 1% of what's in the Band area on here.

If you ever want to see the lists of all bands, you can look them up here. You can sort them by newest first, or alphabetically by name.

They are not sorted by Genre, so try a few out, you might discover some very talented singers, musicians or groups.

There are two both Lifetime and Daily. Achievements are for the top ten for the day FuBlingee Champion (100 Achievement points) and number one for the day which is named Gauntlet which is only 25 AP. Fubar has it's own math teachers, I didn't hire them.

These are only for the receivers, with no recognition for the givers. That is probably because if there were, people would only gift to themselves to be on those lists.

One big caveat on this. Anyone at any time, may delete any bling in their collection. Meaning, if they bought for themselves 300 or more power ups in a week, and after running them, they deleted, the credits for those bling no longer count toward being on the lifetime list.

There are two ways to get to this list, and there are two lists.

1. MY then Achievements. At the top, you can click Leaderboard or Daily Leaderboard

2. HOTTEST then Achievements. You can switch and look at your own achievements

With the Daily Leaderboard implemented on June 30, 2015. It would show how people could earn a happy hour that way. I won one that way. I don't think anyone ever looks at it, but it's there. The day I wrote this blog entry, I looked at it. 13 people there. Nine of them are LEVEL ZERO! Number one has a 4 Digit user number, meaning the account has been here ten years, and is one of the Level Zero. The highest one is Level Nine!. To make one thing clear, the only way to be Level Zero is to have never given or received one rate, one like, one profile comment. All would have given the 25 points required to get to Level One. It's a good thing they discontinued the Happy Hours this way, these were the accounts that were winning them. Basically a pointless list, and I don't mean Achievement Points or Fubar Points.

Each achievement has a point number assigned to it. 3, 10, 25 or 100. I will only write about my personal opinion about these.

1. How is it really an achievement when only receiving all of the weekly limited edition set? What did you accomplish? They are always 100 points, and you don't have to like anyone, rate anyone or anything, or get anybody to do anything to you or for you. You can purchase them for yourself, and when they give you a bonus power up for the set, you can get multiple sets. My opinion, NO LE SET should ever be worth more than 25 Achievement Points. Others will disagree, and that's fine.

2. Some achievements are time bound. In my opinion all time bound 100 AP achievements should be 150 Achievement points, and the 25 point ones shoud be 35 AP.

3. There are some achievements that are all attainable and each of them has very few who have ever completed them. I believe that 100 Achievement Points isn't nearly enough for these. Maybe 200 AP for these in particular.

a. Receive 25,000 Likes in a day.

b. Like Lover - 30k Likes in 24 hours.

c. Everyone Likes Me - 35k Likes in 24 hours.

d. Mission Impossible - Receive 40,000 Likes in a day

I have never seen anyone complete and of these. If you know anyone, I'd like to personally congratulate them

e. Fu Darling - Receive 5,000 Profile Rates in 24 hours. At least that's not from Fubar Reset to Fubar Reset. I have seen a few get this, and I know a few who could get it.

f. Rate a Newbie 10,000x - Rate 10,000 newbies an 11 in 1 day.

This last one brings with it three others if you can pull it off. Rate 5,000 Newbies 11, and Like 5,000 and 10,000 Newbies in a day. The author of this blog is one of two known to have completed these four. It is only 100 AP, but it's a true solo effort, nobody could help, no banners, no boosts, no shares, no Pimps, no nothing, I just had to make a point to do it one day.

The top bombers list is sorted by getting the most points from bombing. I wrote a separate blog for getting the Cherry Inferno with each Bomb, I'll go into detail on how to go for this list. This list will only display people who bombed the day before, I do not know if it will display more than 100, I never checked.

Two achievements: Top Ten Bombers earn "Air Power" Top Bomber earns "Red Baron". These achievements can only be earned once, but there's no limit to how many times you can be on the top bomber list. Like many lists, there are people who like to be on this list a lot.

Here are my tips for going for the achievements.

Because of the newer achievements for being bombed, there will be a lot more bombers when there is a bonus for bombing. The bonus changes often close to 9 AM Fubar time, if there was a Bomb Bonus the previous day, if you want to attempt either, you have to run a lot of bombs beginning at the beginning of the Fubar Day, 3 AM Eastern, Midnight Pacific.

When there is no bomb bonus, there are days that less than ten people will run any bombs, I have once seen the Top Bombers list have only one page, and only nine on that page. Most of those who did bomb were either going for Level 47 that needs the user to run a bomb or auto 11's  or Level 51 where the Cherry Ignitor must be earned.

Things you want before you start bombing:

1. Be 100% Shitface - 10% bonus

2. Be 15% Bonus - That lasts 3 hours 5 minutes, so if you run back to back to back, you can get three bombs in with one boost. Never tried it.

3. Auto-11's double points. If you check out the search for people running power ups on a Bomb Bonus day, I have seen that number above 150.

4. If you only want Air Power, run two bombs to be sure. If you want Red Baron, there is no guarantee that if you run ten bombs with all of the above in place, there could be somebody that runs eleven. You can try it on the morning that begins with a Bomb Bonus, but if you do, run a LOT of bombs starting at Fu Midnight. Like all other daily lists, there are never any guarantees.

5. If you really want to get crazy with it, run a 2X power up, but that's a LOT of stuff to do for one achievement.

Crush is the one Fubar Connection that anyone may do to anyone, one person only, with no permission.

Fubar lists the top 100, and there are no achievements for it, just one thing to boast and have it on your public profile.

I don't have a crush, haven't met her.

This list is based on total points earned lifetime, nothing else.

This list used to impress me, and when I got into the top 100 it would show on my page, and before major changes were made, including dozens of new achievements for being in the top ten daily multiple times, I think I got into the top 40 at one point. This was for solid long term play here, and based so much on the ever increasing bonuses. Daily points totals are way out of hand. The changes are so profound, that I don't even care who is where on it, or even if I'm on the list any more. I wish I had a screen cap of who was in the top ten on June 1, 2015.
