"FIGHTING THIS BATTLE" Fearing this dark urge inside me shall one day go and take over, I try not to thing of all the pain that is surrounding me.Knowing that if I do not keep myself in check, it may be a mistake. Having thoughts I know should not be there inside my mind, I try to keep busy and not slow down long enough for them to catch up. Fearing I may go and do the one thing I am trying not to. People keep telling me just how grand and wonderful love is, but so far i have had only pain and misery. Having this heart of mine ripped from the encasement that once before housed it there. I know not all situations are the same, but I can not seem to once again fully let down this guard I have yet once again put up. Tyring my best to keep away the pain that gave me these thoughts. Wondering at times if I am truly going insane or if I am just scared to ever really love someone once more. Wanting to never have this demon known only as depression tighten it's firm grip. Wishing there was some drug or procedure that would at least take away this monster and set me free. Just never truly understanding why it is me who always is the one who seems to get hurt. "JUST LOOK BESIDE YOU" During this lifetime of ours, we will meet many different people and some shall become really close to us while others will be but only an aquaintence. It is those who touch our hearts and minds that we know are the best friends. Friends come and go all the time,but our best friends are always with us no matter where we go or what we do in this existence of a life we lead.Never at all ever forgetting all of the joys and happiness we just happen to share with them So anytime you go and want to think that noone can relate to the ways you feel or to the very many hard and hurtful pains you have always know this one certain fact. "WHEN YOU THINK OF QUITING" Throughout this life of ours, we will all have trials and tribulations we must face.Not always knowing just what the outcome of these just might be, yet keeping our heads held high. Never must we forget than we never have actually have to ever be alone, for beside us and in our hearts,our friends and family are always there.They help to pick us up when we stumble or fall. There are many days that are rougher than the one that preceeded it, yet we continue on through this thing we all call life. Hoping that we can only survive yet one more day to see that bright sunshine. I know alot of times myself, i feel as if i can no longer go on, but i think of the loved ones of mine, and know i must. For when we give up on living here on this planet, we lose the battle. Depression and sadness is yet two of the main diseases that most suffer from.
