Between removing stash entries that link to places that no longer exist anymore, or to YouTube pages that have been taken down for one reason or another - or (judgment call...) ones I just think are dispensable, I may have my stash at the 1,000 limit sooner than I thought. :) A few appointments today, one this morning and one in the late afternoon, but a mostly light Friday.

Pardon my sort-of (actually? I've forgotten. It's a related language, anyhow) French. ... If you're going to leave the site... leave it without announcement, with no (or vanishingly little sound and fury and complaint about those eeeeeeebil Admins and others) before you decide to (surprise!!!!!!!!!!!!!) come back or - leave it with announcement and don't come back. (and if you come back, avoid me. I can't stand liars.)

On days when I'm on the site at all, I have a bit of free time, so I tend to run out of rates eventually *g*- and so I don't like to use my rates on NSFW photos or on ripped ones, neither of which give either me or (general you) points. (I have a lot of rates but still manage to spend all of them eventually, so I'd like to be helpful with them, if that's not to give myself a little too much credit.) (So I really don't do things just with the thought of accessing your secure-ultra-private folders in mind. Really. Sheesh. And who would open them to people they don't know and trust well... don't answer that question.)

Note: I endorse neither of these foolish statements, but have seen them often about the sites. Anyone who endorses both of them will not be receiving further profile visits from me; it's the only way for me to satisfy both these unreasonable demands at once. (1) "rate every photo or stash you view." (2) "rate everything a 10/thumbs-up or don't rate it at all." Can't really do 1, and definitely will not do both 1 _and_ 2.

Getting closer than I thought to 24th level now and happy to see it (but patient and not in a hurry! ! !) Other things worry me more than that... I'm off, for a bit anyways

Possibly important change to "about me" section of my profile just now (not sure how it got there... ah yes...I wrote it), if you read such things in your friends' profiles...

I've long considered the notion that there is such a thing as malicious rating, give or take and more or less - that rates of 9 or below is usually a malicious, nasty thing to do, for some reason - I've considered this to be silly, foolish and stupid on the face of it - but... it's true that some people, buying into this, have thought that the way to take out something against me, to pay me back for some real or imagined whatever, is to rate my profile, photo, stash poorly. And I have to say. Especially since I don't care a bit about those, for reasons I don't want to interrupt this to go into. Just - better they take it out on me by clicking little buttons on a screen than by phoning me or mine, by writing letters to the newspaper, by ... hey, this is a public post, I'm not going to give people too many unnecessary ideas. I mean... if that's someone's idea of "malicious behavior", they Need TO GET OUT MORE... (I speak as someone whose relatives know a bit about what I'm talking about) (And because of that last fact: If this offends anyone on my list... I'm not sorry.)

Brilliant move, using someone else's personal photo as your main profile image. I've sent her an e-mail, with several versions of your fubar userid and info about how to handle copyright scofflaws here... (seeing as how I doubt she's pretending to be someone from the Baltic states.)

and I'm amused tonight by the thought, that one of the most often-circulated "public service announcement" tags on this site starts by saying that this is an Adult Site (it isn't, legally speaking and all that stuff, read up and read what the admins have to say on the subject why don'tcha, but that's really not what I'm saying right now- anyway! ...) - and goes on to say, basically, "don't tattle on me, WAAAAAA!" Such adults we all are here, I've noticed more, every time I'm here. (I recall someone accusing me of tattling on her about a rules violation when I'd mentioned it over shoutbox and she'd partly objected, partly admitted at length, and next she knew she found herself penalized.) Frankly, shoutbox or message mention at sufficient length using certain keywords - not an unlikely technique?... - may be enough to bring it to the attention of the bouncers, for all I know- I hadn't _done_ anything else.)
