BBQ STYLE CHICKEN WINGS
1 1/2 pounds chicken wings (about 8)
1/2 cup catchup
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 Tablespoon honey
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
Rinse chicken; pat fry. Cut off and discard wingtips. Cut each wing at the joint to make 2 sections. Place wing pieces in a single layer in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Drain fat from baking pan.
For sauce, combine remaining ingredients. Brush wings with sauce. Bake 10 minutes. Turn the wings over and brush with sauce again. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or till chicken is tender. Makes 16
