All things must surface.
Well I figured by reporting the things that have been occurring on what I'll refer to as "Floor 2" would get me fired and thrown in an asylum, however it's quite the opposite it seems. Rumor has gotten around that indeed I am reporting the events that I've witnessed with the "haunting of floor 2" and it now seems that everyone here seems to have some story to tell about what they witnessed. Even people who don't work here anymore and have in the past are getting word to me about their experiences on Floor 2, which I find almost humorous.
As it has been quite intriguing to me I'm now planning to get some physical data and possibly proof that there's something "supernatural" or otherwise happening on Floor 2. My personal perspective is a scientific reason, perhaps all the electronic machinery and it's electromagnetism or perhaps just some oddities with the Air Conditioning or maybe just faulty door locks. Then again far be it from me to discount it could actually be "supernatural" and that my friends, shall be determined.
To anyone interested in this venture I welcome any help and information, although I'm keeping the actual name and address of the building under wraps to the general public serious inquiries will be a bit more informed. I'm currently in need of at least 1 hand held audio recording device, the stuff I have is far too big and bulky and yeah I may actually go buy some "toys" come payday tho I have other things that take priority so if you happen to have an older recorder hand held or just even small enough that I don’t need an extension cord and little red wagon to take on my travels it would be welcomed!!! Hell I might even give ya some cash for it if it's a good deal?
As for any findings.. I'm sure I'll have many more short stories to come. I'm actually going to update my maelbolgia.com site with a lot of the new stories and perhaps some other interesting "stuff" here when I have the time to do so. Until then I'll keep posting here so enjoy!
Interlude - Another Night At The Office
And as I sit here tonight under the light of the full moon I stare patiently across the street into the windows of the second floor, watching them lurk about, watching each shadow make it's way into then out of view as if taunting me, craving me.... beckoning me.
Another Peaceful Evening At Work.
Ok so I'm on floor 4.. nothing really unusual happening here tonight more than any other night.. just regular weird noises and the normal ones. I'm pretty much ignoring the "unexplained occurrences" lately coz they're starting to get to me.. day in day out every night I deal with this shit. So floor 4 boiler room.. now when I unlock this door I have to turn the lights on in the room of course so I lean to my right and flip on the light switch.. there in direct view is the boiler room pc as usual and wait..? Out of the corner of my vision I see the old man. Not the usual version of him either. I see the old man hanging from the ceiling.. gently swinging.. starring right at me.
Ok no big deal that was pretty cool.
Nothing new.
So I proceed onward.
Now I've never had any problem with the Demark room.. it's a fire control panel room.. the rooms going dark on me here as I type this shit.. ugg.. things have been getting worse lately.
Back to the Demark... I grab my keys to unlock the door.. something making me hesitate.. no idea why.. I unlock the door and pull.
The door cracks open and the sound of rushing air.. like a vacuum is all I hear as the door then jerks against me and closes itself. No there is no fire happening and there are no air vents in this room. I need time away from this place.
Now.
Before it gets worse.
The room darkens again.
This is not good.
