i have busted my broke deadbeat artist ass into the ground over the last few years just tryin to come up a little.

im sayin....connecting with other artists.
being co-partner in a huge local art event.
to help and promote and expose and expand the talent around me.
now i see those rotten back biting hippies who told me i voted for an Alien...doing the same art thing...the same day...right next door.
hows that for an original idea?
rip off the people you supposedly hate and half ass it and charge people at the same time?!
i want to make money off of art.
but i want everyone involved with being a part of the art community to make money.
its not selling out if you make money off of what you love to do.
because bottom line...its still a job, its just a job you love to do and is part of that person's insides.
these people who are now taking what a friend and i created to make freedom of expression free...they are charging people just to look.
not to buy anything, not to buy drinks, not to pay for anything given back.
just charging people to come look at art.
we charge the artists to have a spot.
to support the venue.
the artists can sell whatever they create for whatever they want to charge.
with no % taken.
one flat fee as a benefit to the art community is asked for.
no bullshit nose in the air nonsense.

but i guess some people dont believe its worth anything but money.
and by charging people just to look...that shows how un-connected they are with the world they try and profess as being their only goal.
yeah im a nice guy and im just an artist but it truly pisses me off when some dirtbag hippy wanna-bes steal an idea from true supporters of art and creativity and freedom of expression.
