A friend of mine, Nelcha, has been dealing with this psycho nut-job for a few months now... This guy, David, has basically been spouting libel left and right as well as defamation of character in his blogs, with the local authorities, family, and friends. She extended her hospitality to him in good faith, he completely lied to her, took advantage of her generosity, and now she is going through way too much crap that she is not deserving of. He's been harassing her through email, blogs on myspace, yahoo groups (including the photography groups she runs), craigslist, and more, all in a vain attempt at assassinating her character and professional reputation, and she is definitely undeserving of such. So what I am asking from you to help with this, is to visit his profile at: http://www.myspace.com/wildography Scroll down to the very bottom, click on "Report Abuse", and file a complaint stating that he is in violation of Myspace's Terms of Use, that he legally agreed to upon signing up for Myspace. Maybe the blog content can be taken down, or account removed for ToS violations. I chose the reason as "Cyberbullying", and put this in the message field: "This user is releasing personal, unapproved information about another individual, and has been asked by local law enforcement and legal personnel to cease and desist his actions repeatedly. It would be appreciated if actions could be taken down to remove his account from Myspace's network, as it is in violation of Myspace's Terms Of Service on numerous accounts." Please, if you could help us out, this guy is really driving her crazy, and if there's something we can do to help, then let's do it. Thanks for your help with this, it's definitely appreciated, guys and gals. :D

Here's what I don't get. You're talking to someone, everything's fine and dandy. You're getting along, and things are fun. All of a sudden, *poof*. No more communication. Why? What makes someone just stop talking to you and start ignoring you? Yeah, I understand, sometimes people just decide they don't want you around anymore. These things happen, and I'm fine with that. But here's the thing. When people ignore you, you confront them, they say "Oh no never", and then go back to ignoring you... Why? Where's the logic in that? I understand if you're not at the comp, or your phone's dead/off/lost/whatever. But when it's perfectly clear and public knowledge that none of that is true, what's the sense in that? Okay, here's the deal. If you really are just that busy/hectic/chaotic/whatever, okay, cool. But if not, then just be honest. If you're afraid to hurt someone's feelings, get over it and just say whatever you feel needs to be said. I personally would rather have the truth than some sort of misdirection and avoidance. I think most people would. It's much less frustrating, and would make it possible to reallocate some time that is unknowingly being wasted, if that's the case. So, just throw down some honesty. Or, try to make an attempt to not ignore people you "like". Pretty simple, I think. Don't you?

I don't get pissed off that easily... and usually it's not even that much. I can put up with a lot of shit. I get irritated a lot, but that's different. But only a handful of things really piss me off. Shit breaking pisses me off, or shit not working also. Flakey people piss me off a lot. Shit that's out of my control no matter how badly I want it. And the worst of them all, unbeatable games. Specifically, at the moment, Guitar Hero 3. Yes, the game that I've been so incredibly wrapped up in the past few days, and been anxiously awaiting for a few months now. Why? Well, let me tell you. Go pick up the game, of course all the songs have to be unlocked first... Play these games: "Raining Blood" by Slayer, "Cliffs of Dover" by Eric Johnson, and "One" by Metallica. Three of the four songs in the last set of songs in the game (I've already beat "Number Of The Beast" by Iron Maiden... that was relatively easy with the exception of one stupid solo, which star power gets you through). I'm failing "Raining Blood" at around 35%. The first 30% is incredibly boring, and of that the first 20% is probably less than 10 notes. It makes restarting after failing fucking lame. "Cliffs of Dover", well, let's just say that Eric Johnson is a guitar god. Let's also say that my dad went to school with him in Fremont. Either elementary or high school, I think it was high school. I don't remember. But that's not the point! The point is, despite my dad personally knowing the guy, it gives me absolutely no advantage in the damn song whatsoever. I'm failing between 10-13%, all because of a less than 10 second section in the song. Goddamnit. And the horrible part is, the song is amazing, and the rest of the notechart is seriously a very fun challenge! Godfuckingdamnit. "One"... Yeah... You all know it... You all know how the solo is like, the last 25% of the song... well, I'm failing at around 77%. That's with a full load of star power being used at the beginning of the solo. Yes. I can make it roughly 2-3% further through the solo because of it. It's so goddamned irritating that I have to spend three fucking minutes nailing shit that I can without question nail, and then wait to fail. Neversoft, here's a note from me to you: FUCK YOU, NEVERSOFT!! I mean... Challenging is challenging... but these three songs... erm... seriously, what.. the... fuck... So... If I'm really pissed off for no apparent reason, it's probably because I just got my ass handed to me in less than 5 seconds after playing for three minutes just to get the chance to fail. Yeah. Fuck that shit. Rock Band needs to come out fucking NOW.

This is a bummer... But... No one has a crush on me! I feel loved lol... meh, anyways... i'm going to go back to work and get yelled at all day for the lack of ability for the warehouse to send stuff to customers.

So the whole reason I've continued to be active here on Fubar is because there seems to be a whole lot of people, and most of whom seem to be very cool people as well. People I'd like to meet and get to know. But why the fuck is it that most people seem to not care to talk, or don't make any attempts to reply back to you? Is it that hard? Is it just me? Am I seriously that ugly or not scene enough that you don't care to even reply to a "Hey, how's it going?" Why is it that you're constantly active, but never reply? And if you don't want to talk to me, then fine. Be ballsy enough to tell me straight up. If I'm bothering you that much, then delete me from your friends list, block me, wtf ever, but be honest enough to just tell me. This sort of lame attitude is seriously making me wonder why I spend time here, save for a very small few whom I actually talk to. Like, a whole two or three people (and you know who you are, and I love you mucho!). So, the fact is that so many people are lame enough to not reply with even common courtesy. And this is what grinds my gears.

So I decided to take advantage of this multiple bloggythingy and set up a blog just for griping and bitching. It's called "What Grinds My Gears" (Those of you who get the reference, well, I love you even more hehe). So okay, here goes a quick one to start. Y'know when you try and talk to someone, and they just don't respond for whatever reason, whether they're ignoring you, they snub you intentionally, or they pretend that they want to talk to you, but secretly don't care? Yeah. It's irritating. I can take someone saying "Y'know, you're just not someone I feel like talking to right now", or even being so rude as to say "Sorry, I only talk to skinny beautiful people"! I'd rather have the truth than avoidance and deceit. And the worse part is, when they invite more communication, but then don't recognize attempts. Why? What's the point? Is it just self-masturbatory ego-inflation, or what? It serves no purpose other than to aggravate others and make you feel better about yourself. All this ridiculous behavior is definitely one thing that grinds my gears. Please stop it.
