Fubar gives you a creative way to meet new people online, and listen to music, or video chat, and more!

If you are visiting a lounge and you are having difficulty with a member or visitor or staff in there its always best to visit one of the other many lounges that Fubar.com has to offer. Fubar staff cannot get involved with member/lounge personal issues.

You can block someone that bothers you:

Hover over the members picture in a lounge  or by visiting their profile and click "block" 

The box above will be visible and the icon circled above gives you the option to Block the user from contacting you.  This option does not keep someone from chatting in a lounge though.

You can view your Blocked Members List http://fubar.com/blockuser.php or on the main Fubar tab Click MY / Settings / Privacy and Sharing tabs.

In the picture above there are many options for you:

"In the image above -from LEFT to RIGHT"- you will be able to:

Fubar.com uses a currency on the site referred to as FuBucks. You can earn Fubucks many ways on Fubar.com:

As you earn Points on the site, you will also earn fuBucks. Points and fuBucks are basically the same, except that you can spend your fuBucks or share your FuBucks using the FuPal system, which will make the amount decrease as you spend. Points will always accumulate and never decrease. You can use these fuBucks to buy virtual gifts for anyone on fubar! Use them to either flirt, cheer someone up, or just for fun! You will find the fubar Gift Shop link on a member's profile page in the top left section. fuBucks can also be used to buy users in fuOwned and to purchase extra guesses in the Admirer game!

FuPal:

FuPal is a fubar feature that allows users to transfer their fuBucks or bling credits to other users. You may do this because one of your friends is broke and needs to pay their lounge fee, or because you want to help them bid for spotlight! Why you transfer them is up to you.

Keep in mind however, that you will be charged a transaction fee of % of the amount you transfer. This fee is greater is you do not have an approved Salute.

FuPal also allows you to send bling credits to a friend. You will be charged a transaction fee % of the transfer amount. 

You can access fuPal by going into the fubar Gift Shop and selecting the fuPal option at the top or buy going to the page of the user you want to give funds to and clicking on the fupal logo under their photo.

Salutes:

A salute is a candid photo of yourself (showing your entire face, unobstructed by sunglasses, showing you holding a sign) This sign needs to be HANDWRITTENand including your screen name, member ID, and Fubar.com proving to the world that you are the real person behind your fubarprofile. Members often write their information on their hands, feet or other body parts. Please do not submit NSFW salutes. You will NOT be able to move up past level 20 without a verified salute. You'll also be awarded 50,000 fuBucks and points for your first approved salute!
 

If you do not submit a salute by level 20, your level will freeze along with your points.

Submitting a salute is a requirement to level-up. If you do not wish to submit a salute, that is Okay, but your Fubar level will freeze at level 20 until a salute is submitted and approved by a Fubar Bouncer.  Salutes are reviewed on a first come first serve basis and takes from approximately 10minutes up to 24hours or more. Please be patient while waiting for a salute to be reviewed by a bouncer. If your salute is not approved you can see the Fubar Support Lounge or Find a Fubar Bouncer and see if they can look at it to see why it may have not been approved.
