What are you waiting for?

This was a really great weekend. Bobby arrived and we ended up going to the Midnight Cafe and stuff. And we saw 300 (again) in Imax. I don't see what the big fucking deal about Imax is. Bigger screen. Who cares? Jeez. Jeremy was still sick, so he went to bed earlier than he normally would have. THe next day, Jeremy got up and went to work, so me and Bobby went and had pizza at Anthony's (yummy) and then took a walk around what I call Jewland- A good part of Bexley is composed of really rich Jews. So I showed Bobby some of Bexley's finest mansions. And then we had delicious ice cream at Graeter's. We went shopping at Wal Mart for stuff and then we came back. Jeremy got back at around six, and then we all went for a walk around the Short North. We went to Planet Smoothie. Now, if anyone knows anything about the Planet Smoothie on the Short North, one knows that most of the guys that work there are gay. One guy hit on Bobby and Bobby was completely oblivious to it. When I told him, he was dumbfounded. We also saw this sweet car. A Lotus. That is probably the most beautiful car I have ever seen. We took Bobby to The Garden and The Chamber. Anyone who lives in Columbus knows what those are. For those who don't, some of the fine cinematic productions they sell have such titles as "Lucious Creampies" and "Slutty Princess Diaries" and "Dawn of the Head." After that, Bobby went home and me and Jeremy played Luigi's Mansion all night. The next day, Jeremy didn't feel so sick anymore, so I figured we should finally observe Ostara... Better late than never. So we went to Sunflower and gathered ingredients... We wanted miso soup, some kind of special supper omelet, and tsoureki. Tsoureki are some kind of Greek cookie they make at Easter. It seemed appropriate. Only one problem... ...this tsoureki recipe called for cognac. It was Sunday. Where the fuck were we going to find cognac? Nowhere, apparently, except for one lonely state liquor store that we had to beg around to find the location of. After hours of searching, we had cognac. I went ahead and made the cookies, Jeremy made supper, and we had a nice dinner. Granted, the miso could have been better, but it was instant miso left over from Jeremy's sickness. After that, we had a ritual observance of Ostara where we gave thanks for all of the wonderful things that have happened in the past few months. It was very comforting to have to light up my altar after so long. Jeremy has a drafting table now. He is very happy about this. Now he can draw pictures all he wants like professional artists do. We also now have a (dum dum duuuuuuuuum) TOASTER. Yay for the toaster. And also, we have (drumroll) oven mitts! None of you have any idea how important these things are to us. We do a lot of our own cooking! :p If anyone would like to try some tsoureki, we have plenty left over. And we have a VACCUUM CLEANER. Albeit, it is the single most annoying one in the world, but by God, it's a vaccuum cleaner! As for me, back to the grind. Having a weekend free of virtually all worry was nice. But now I have to get back to work... --'' Weekends of rest are nice... And the warm weather is so wonderful. I hate this sunscreen though... Ick... Sticky... I'm just rambling now. One more thing though... I gotta start practicing my whirling. oo'' I'm gonna do some Dervish, and I gotta do it right!
