Rusty Jacobs of The Woods Tea Company died yesterday. Details havent been released yet except that he died suddenly. He was 56 years old. The Woods Tea Company used to perform every year at First Night Burlington, our citywide celebration of the new year. Their show was one of my favorite ones to go to. They did folk music, and were completely full of life, energetic and happy. Rusty was sort of the comedian of the group, always quick with a joke, he sang the amusing songs like Foolish Questions. Im including that song in this entry. Please do me a huge favor and listen to it. RIP Rusty. You will be missed.
