so october is in full "swing" with the start of the MLB playoffs....The SOX took game 1 in a 4-0 shutout against the LA Angels of Anaheim...beckett pitched a nearly perfect game giving up only a couple hits in the first inning and shutting down the rest of the angels lineup in the remaining innings....if last nite is any indication then the SOX will soon be bringing another WORLD SERIES trophy home soon!!!!...and with Dice-K and Schilling pitching games 2 and 3 we're definitlely in good contention to sweep this first series!!!
