Yawkey Way, Beacon Rd., "The Hub", Fenway Park. These are names that every New Englander can associate with fo 8 months out of the year. It's BOSTON, home of the 2007 WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONS, the RED SOX!!!! But now that October has come to a close, and we're already holding one trophy, fans refocus their attention just a short drive south west of BOSTON. Gillette Stadium, Foxboro, Massachusetts. Football fans all over the country are now being familiarized with more New England geography as the NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS are well on their way to an undefeated season! And Sundays now are nothing but loyal fans glued to the TV once again to cheer on their team as they try to acomplish what only one other team in history has done...a perfect season. But when Miami did it, the season wasn't as long. There are 2 extra games now. And Sunday would prove to be quite a test as the only two teams in the league still undefeated would meet each other, and as luck would have it, it would be what has turned into quite a rivalry over the recent years. The Indiannapolis Colts, led by Peyton Manning, were 7-0, having already had their bye week. The NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS, led by TOM BRADY, were 8-0, but only one would end the game without a blemish on their record. As you may have guessed, it was quite a battle. Indy was able to do what no other team had done yet this season...stop NEW ENGLAND from scoring on their first drive. Indy's running game would prove to be quite difficult for NEW ENGLAND to stop and Indy led the score most of the game. But, in true PATRIOTS style, they would regain the lead after a 4th quarter come back and keep Indy from scoring again. So for the first time in 4 seasons, Peyton lost to NEW ENGLAND. And now all of NEW ENGLAND have set their sights on another championship!!!! and another piece of history!!!! And if the beginning of the seasons are any indication,,, it looks like the CELTICS and the BRUINS will be on top of their divisions as well...the RED SOX SWEPT the WORLD SERIES...Can BOSTON SWEEP all the championships???? For the first time ever, BOSTON fans have a chance to watch ALL their teams have great seasons in the same year!!

A New York Jets season-ticket holder filed a class-action lawsuit Friday against the New England Patriots and coach Bill Belichick for "deceiving customers." The lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Newark, N.J., by Carl Mayer of Princeton Township, N.J., stems from the Patriots being caught illegally videotaping signals from Jets coaches in New England's 38-14 season-opening win Sept. 9. "They violated the integrity of the game," Mayer's attorney, Bruce Afran, told The Associated Press. "This is a way of punishing Belichick and the Patriots." Mayer is seeking more than $184 million in damages for Jets ticket holders. "They were deceiving customers," said the 48-year-old Mayer. "You can't deceive customers." OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....Get over it NY!!!!!!!....yall lost....its done...are yall just so into urselves and what people OWE you just cuz YOUR team LOST???...how many time did the sox fans sue the yankees when yall beat us all the time???? As the third quarter comes to an end, after another great game played by the New England Patriots, the score reflects just how formative they are. Okay, they were accused of cheating the first week of the season. By a team that, in my opinion, is just sore cuz they cant ever figure out a way to outplay one of their division rivals. And yes, they were caught...but only doing the same thing every other team does. And they took their blows, brushed em off. They didnt try to weasel out of it. So now, two weeks later, and two more wins under every scrutinous eye in the league, the Patriots have proven that they dont need a competetive edge. If anything, they're the team that everyone else is trying to get an edge on. So I hope now that previous fans who had lost respect have sumhow found a way to return it again.
