Hello! So this is the part where I sell myself, right? ;) Well, I do believe I'm a pretty awesome chick. I say that not with arrogance but with a deep knowledge of the essence of who I truly am and strive to be. My closest friends would describe me as caring, smart, witty, loyal, creative, sensitive, passionate, independent, outspoken and strong willed, yet extremely loving, warm hearted and open minded. I have a deep desire to help others and to ensure that people are treated with kindness and respect. Incredibly simple things can make me ridiculously happy! My supportive family and awesome friends add great joy to my life. I am trustworthy and responsible yet love to be goofy, make mischief, and laugh loudly/often...a very nice girl with a bit of an irrepressible naughty streak. I am an inquisitive observer/explorer of the human experience. I know what I want out of life and have ZERO patience for "players". I enjoy meeting people of diverse backgrounds and sharing thoughts and experiences with them as I am intrigued by the unfolding discovery of what makes them unique. When getting to know someone, I prefer to get to the "meat" of what is captivating about that person rather than spend a lot of time dabbling in the gravy, so to speak. (Does anybody REALLY want to talk about the weather???) I much prefer small intimate gatherings over large parties, but I can usually adapt to almost any social situation with vastly different types of people--from Beggar to Biker to Banker to Bishop, I play well with others. :) I am far from perfect...but I keep learning, trying, growing. The Golden Rule and the principle of Karma serve as my basic moral compass.
