| Ok so last year I got Prego and was working at a nursing home. Well I was having alot of problems with the pregnancy and all the lifting at the nrsing home was causing more problems. So i start with my company doing home health because it was easier on my body. when i started there I told them that we have only 1 vehicle and that I had to work around Donnie's schedule. they we ok with that. I ended up losing the baby about a week after i started working for them. they stuck by me through everything and i still had my job when I wanted to come back. but now things are different, If i get sick they blame me for loss of revenue, they want me to leave donnie stranded at work without a ride home. and it cost too damn much for him to take cab, Plus he makes a hell of alot more than I do. 1 of the owners thinks he has the right to tell me that my job should come before donnie does and that he needs to find his own ride to and from work. Now mind you the truck is donnie's not mine. also I had a piercing done and needed to have it looked at because it was infected and he tells me that i need to strive to make good life choices, so that I am not calling him and telling him I need to go to the doctor and need the day off. he has been very rude to me lately and Im just tired of it. I always go in when they need me and have been pulling 70+ hours a week for the past 6 months.Donnie says to tell them to fuck off, but if i do that then he has to pull extra shift at his job and he hates it there. So would it be wrong of me to Quit? |
