It's my day off. Not only did you receive a copy of the schedule that noted as such, in addition to personally hearing me voice earlier in the week that I don't work on Friday, but I'm also not quite sure which parts of my courtesy email reminder sent yesterday that once again clearly stating that I am -not- working today (and that all messages sent to me will not be answered until MONDAY) have not registered with you... but I'm going to go out on a limb and say you have disregarded every single thing I have tried to tell you.
*breathes*
I get it. I could just suck it up and answer your text messages. It could be simple. It SHOULD be simple. Right?
Wrong.
The schedule, the reminders, the fact that I didn't answer your first couple messages... these things have not even phased you. You continue to ask me about things that you were instructed to document yourself, information you have -complete- access to all on your own, and, quite frankly, questions of which you already know the answer.
So, you're new. I realize that. But it's the end of your second week and I am not holding your hand any longer. You have been supplied with more references and more tools of such extremely beneficial use to you, more than I ever was when I started this job... and yet, instead of embracing what has been provided to you, you choose to make yourself look like an incompetent fool.
Oh, I see you're calling now. Seriously? Slap yourself.
What, was I so helpful during your training that now you feel like you can't possibly do anything without me? Really? Slap yourself again. Be your own person. Do things to better yourself as an employee. Make your own mark within this company.
I guarantee you that looking to others when the answers are right in front of you - or at least, they were put directly into your hands as well as your email inbox - won't get you anywhere. There is ZERO initiative or effort on your part. We all have our own jobs to do and we simply cannot do yours. Everything has been explained. References have been provided. You should have what it takes. Suck it up and fucking DO IT.
Sorry I'm not available to further assist with your negligence. Have an fantastic weekend, you cupid stunt. You're a wonder to us all.
