Psychic Protection

Meditation is one of the greatest keys to psychic defense. Regular meditation practice leaves you clear, centered, and in a mental place where you can respond to potential threats, rather than unconsciously react to them. It doesn’t matter the style or tradition of meditation. Regular practice is the key. You will not get the long term psychic protection benefits of meditation by doing it only once every few weeks. It must be like exercise, done regularly. I suggest at least three times a week. If you can do it daily, so much the better. Better mental focus can be gained by meditation.The type of meditation that I am refering to is an emptying of the mind to think of nothing. You should sit in a comfortable chair or on the sofa in a quiet relaxed environment, no music. Music is not necesary and can interfere sometimes, especially when you are first learning to do this. Sit with feet flat on the floor hands and arms not crossing not indian style, nothing crossed, doing that "crosses" the energy flow, and you want your energy to flow smothly and cleanly. You will take several deep breaths in through your nostrils and out through your mouth, pushing/blowing the air out your mouth. The rythim of your breath should be: inhale in 2,3 taking 2 seconds or to the count of 3. A slow solid inhaed breath. You then hold the breath for the count of 3 seconds. Then you exhale slowly and solidly and completely taking 3 seconds to do it if you can. So all together that is: breathe in 2,3 / Hold 2,3 / and out 2,3. You can picture your stresses and problems as cartoons and blow them out of your mouth you keep doing repeating this breathing exercise until you feel "cleansed", or rid of these issues. Then picture, in your minds eye, a white light, the color of a fluorescent light bulb.This light is the light of God. Place it at the top of your head and let it flow down the sides of your body, the out line, per se, and then it should go all the way to your feet, closing/meeting under your feet. It is VERY IMPORTANT to close at the feet, as this is your protection. Then you take the same white light back up through the interior of your body. After practicing this several times you can get good at this, and you can go to the cellular level, but don't worry about that now the interior part is harder to do and will take more time but you can get very fast at this after you have practiced it more. Your ability gets better a lot faster and easier with daily practice. In the case of a spiritual attack you should definately do this every day and in some cases several times a day.
