One day at a time ... 

 One heart beat so true .. 

one step closer to freedom 

one step away from you ... 

One tear i've cried too many ... 

One day i've wasted too much .. 

One year has felt like a lifetime .. 

In prison cell .. or such .. 

One dream turned into one nightmare ... 

One fantasy so un  true .. 

One hope seemed some hopeless .. 

til a candle lighted its path .. 

One voice seemed so lonely ... 

till those voices became one ... 

one love could last a lifetime ..

If that love were true .. 

but sadly that love ended .. 

to make a new and better laugh ... 

 this life could filled with laughter , 

peace instead of fear ... 

Love instead  of loneliess .. 

A real family instead of being alone ... 

This story is one of hope .. and not one of despair

Each day i get stronger .. and one day i'll hold someone else hand through pain 

so they will find the shelter from the rain , the rain of tears , of fears and strife .. 

And oneday i pray it will change thier life ...
