Q: Does Bigfoot exist? – Joe Billings, Austin Texas
A: There is plenty of circumstantial evidence this creature exists. The gorilla was first discovered in the latter part of the 1800s(dates vary). Descriptions of them before this, date back at least 100 years. They are the closest thing to this creature which has many cousins – Yeti, Sasquatch, Abominable Snow Man/Woman, Wild Man/woman, and a host of others. Generally, the creature is described between 6-8 feet tall, 600-1,000 pounds, having short fangs, built like a very powerful man, much thicker and wider with longer, thicker arms, red to yellow eyes, a skull cap, no neck, hairy and of different colors. The creature is extremely strong and fast. It has been known to lift heavy bolders with ease and ripe up young trees. Apparently, it walks both upright and on its knuckles as needed. The creature appears to have crude intelligence and communicates in a series of grunts, shrieks, screams, and growls. The diet is small animals and vegetable matter. It is able to outrun men very easily, with speeds estimated at around 35 mph(same as a bear). Men can run about 20-25 mph. This large humanoid has left behind, hair and scat(feces) samples. Footprints measure 16″-23″ with 4-5 toes, and, nuchal ridging (like fingerprints and human foot prints). It generally presents a rotten, smelly odor. What doe this creature look like? One of the best likenesses I have ever seen, was when the late Andre the Giant(7’4″, 500 lbs.) played Bigifoot on the “6 Million Dollar Man” tv show – judge for yourself:
The late Andre the Giant as Bigfoot and co star, Lee Majors
Also, take a peek at the video – click on the following link below:
YouTube – Six Million Dollar Man Battles BigfootTo quote a most revered source, the King James Bible- “There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown” .( Genesis 6:4 )This petrified finger found in cretaceous limestone, belonged to a “prehistoric” human. Broken short of the middle joint, it measures 7.6 cm (3 inches). At full length it would measure about 15 cm (6 inches). In the photo, it is compared to a regular full-length finger. Excavations of this limestone has also revealed a child’s tooth and human hair.
Sectioning reveals the typical porous bone structure expected in a human finger. Cat-scan and MRI identified joints and traced tendons throughout the length of the fossil. Cat-scan shows dark areas interpreted as the interior of the bones and bone marrow. These areas are less dense than surrounding stones, and easily pass X-rays, causing darkening of the image. Black area is caused by sectioning. This dinosaur footprint in cretaceous limestone on the banks of the Paluxy River is approximately 30 cm (one foot) across, and located with similar tracks. Early excavations in this area revealed human footprints inside the dinosaur tracks leading to rumors that the human prints had claws — later excavations uncovered human footprints up to 64 cm long (25 inches) next to the dinosaur prints — this discounted the doubters. A human handprint was also found. An article from Strand magazine (December,1895) reprinted in Traces of the Elder Faiths of Ireland by W.G. Wood-Martin mentions this fossilized giant discovered during mining operations in County Antrim, Ireland: “Pre-eminent among the most extraordinary articles ever held by a railway company is the fossilized Irish giant, which is at this moment lying at the London and North-Western Railway Company’s Broad street goods depot, and a photograph of which is reproduced here. . . This monstrous figure is reputed to have been dug up by a Mr. Dyer whilst prospecting for iron ore in County Antrim. The principal measurements are: entire length, 12ft. 2in.; girth of chest, 6ft. 6in.; and length of arms, 4ft. 6in. There are six toes on the right foot. The gross weight is 2 tons 15cwt.; so that it took half a dozen men and a powerful crane to place this article of lost property in position for the Strand magazine artist. In the late 1950, during road construction in the Euphrates Valley of south-east Turkey, many tombs containing the remains of giants were uncovered. At the sites the leg bones were measured to be 120 cms (47.24 inches). Joe Taylor, Director of Mt. Blanco Fossil Museum, was commissioned to sculpt the human femur. This giant stood some 14-16 ft tall (right). Genesis 6:4 claims: “There were giants in the earth in those days;” Deuteronomy 3:11 states that the bed of Og, king of Bashan, was 9 cubits by 4 cubits (approximately 14 ft long by 6 ft wide). In his book Fossils Facts & Fantasies, Joe Taylor cites several accounts of giant human skeletons or depictions being discovered, from Egypt, Italy, Patagonia in Argentina, and the western US. The largest humans in recent history are like Robert Wadlow of Alton, IL (who was just under 9ft tall) who died in 1940 (left). They were so tall, wide and very power full that they were able to pull out big trees just with the one hand. But what happen after when they become misguided and disobeys Allah SWT, Allah SWT destroyed the whole nation. ULEMA KIRAM of Saudi Arabia believes that this body belongs to AAD nation. There were skeletons of a race or group of people found in Australia called “meganthropus” by anthropologists. These people were of very large size–estimated between 7 to 12 feet tall, depending on what source you read. These people were found with mega tool artifacts, so their humaness is difficult to question. Four jaw fragments and thousands of teeth have been found in a Chinese apothecary of “gigantopithecus (gigantic ape) blacki” by G. H. R. von Koenigswald, a Dutch paleontologist. The Chinese call these teeth and other bone fragments, “dragon’s teeth” and grind them to make medicines. Although they have an ape-like (Y-5) dental pattern, opinion is divided whether it belongs to an ancestral orang or hominid or is a dead-end off shoot of the early pongids, before the branching off of the gorilla-chimp lines. Based on the size of the teeth and deep jaws, its size has been estimated at around 10 feet and as tall as 12 feet, 1200 pounds. Many feel these creatures are ancestors to the modern day large, hairy beasts known under various names such as Abominable Snowman, Bigfoot, Sasquatch, and so on. Q: I suffer from tinnitis(noises in the ear). Is there any supplements that can be taken to improve or eliminate this condition? - Susan Wiber, San Antonio, TX A: To answer this, the cause must be known. Essentially, this situation is due to poor circulation anywhere along the and nerves and blood pathways of the ears from disease(allergies, autoimmune disorders, cancer/tumors,electrolyte disturbances, endocrine-diabetes ,hypothyroidism, infections, metabolic disturbances-high cholesterol, high triglycerides, high or low insulin levels, or any combination thereof), genetic defects, mineral/vitamin deficencies/excesses, toxins, trauma, and so on. If the circulation can be improved without medical intervention, the following supplements are known to help, suffice to say, through different pathways-Black Cohosh, essential fatty acids, fish oil, garlic, Ginka Baloba, kelp, magnesium, potassium, niacin, vitamin E, and vinpocetine. Different supplements work for different people, but none works for everyone. The ones that come close are Black Cohosh, Ginka Baloba, and vinpocetine. Many studies in many countries back these last three. The drawback is that their use must be maintained or the effects wear off. will help repair joint damage.

Q: What is Coenzyme Q10 and what is it used for? - Billy Banks, San Antonio, TX A: Coenzyme Q10 (also known as CoQ10, Q10, vitamin Q10, ubiquinone, or ubidecarenone)is essentially a vitamin or vitamin-like substance. A coenzyme is a substance needed for the proper functioning of an enzyme, a protein that speeds up the rate at which chemical reactions take place in the body. The Q and the 10 in coenzyme Q10 refer to parts of the compound's chemical structure. Disagreements on nomenclature notwithstanding, vitamins are defined as organic compounds essential in minute amounts for normal body function acting as coenzymes or precursors to coenzymes. They are present naturally in foods and sometimes are also synthesized in the body. CoQ10 likewise is found in small amounts in a wide variety of foods and is synthesized in all tissues. The biosynthesis of CoQ10 from the amino acid tyrosine is a multistage process requiring at least eight vitamins and several trace elements. Coenzymes are cofactors upon which the comparatively large and complex enzymes absolutely depend for their function. CoQ10 is the coenzyme for at least three mitochondrial enzymes (complexes I, II and III) as well as enzymes in other parts of the cell. Mitochondrial enzymes of the oxidative phosphorylation pathway are essential for the production of the high-energy phosphate, adenosine triphosphate (ATP), upon which all cellular functions depend. The electron and proton transfer functions of the quinone ring are of fundamental importance to all life forms; ubiquinone in the mitochondria of animals, plastoquinone in the chloroplast of plants, and menaquinone in bacteria. The term "bioenergetics" has been used to describe the field of biochemistry looking specifically at cellular energy production. In the related field of free radical chemistry, CoQ10 has been studied in its reduced form as a potent antioxidant. Coenzyme Q10 is used by cells to produce energy needed for cell growth and maintenance. It is also used by the body as an antioxidant. An antioxidant is a substance that protects cells from chemicals called free radicals. Free radicals are highly reactive chemicals that can damage important parts of cells, including deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). (DNA is a molecule inside cells that carries genetic information and passes it from one generation to the next.) This damage may play a role in the development of cancer. Coenzyme Q10 is found in most body tissues. The highest amounts are found in the heart, liver, kidneys, and pancreas. The lowest amounts are found in the lungs. Tissue levels of coenzyme Q10 decrease as people get older. Coenzyme Q10 is usually taken by mouth as a pill (tablet or capsule). It may also be given by injection into a vein (IV). In animal studies, coenzyme Q10 is given by injection. No serious side effects have been reported from the use of coenzyme Q10. Some patients using coenzyme Q10 have experienced mild insomnia (inability to sleep), elevated levels of liver enzymes, rashes, nausea, and upper abdominal pain. Other reported side effects have included dizziness, visual sensitivity to light, irritability, headache, heartburn, and fatigue. Patients should talk with their health care provider about possible interactions between coenzyme Q10 and prescription drugs they may be taking. Certain drugs, such as those that are used to lower cholesterol or blood sugar levels, may reduce the effects of coenzyme Q10. Coenzyme Q10 may also alter the body’s response to warfarin (a drug that prevents the blood from clotting) and insulin CoQ10 was first isolated from beef heart mitochondria by pure Dr. Frederick Crane of Wisconsin, U.S.A., in 1957. The same year, Professor Morton of England defined a compound obtained from vitamin A deficient rat liver to be the same as CoQ10. Professor Morton introduced the name ubiquinone, meaning the ubiquitous quinone. In 1958, Professor Karl Folkers and coworkers at Merck, Inc., determined the precise chemical structure of CoQ10 dimethoxy-5 methyl-6 decaprenyl benzoquinone, synthesized it, and were the first to produce it by fermentation. In the mid-1960's, Professor Yamamura of Japan became the first in the world to use coenzyme Q7 (a related compound) in the treatment of human disease: congestive heart failure. In 1966, Mellors and Tappel showed that reduced CoQ6 was an effective antioxidant. In 1972 Gian Paolo Littarru of Italy along with Professor Karl Folkers documented a deficiency of CoQ10 in human heart disease. By the mid-1970's, the Japanese perfected the industrial technology to produce pure CoQ10 in quantities sufficient for larger clinical trials. Peter Mitchell received the Nobel Prize in 1978 for his contribution to the understanding of biological energy transfer through the formulation of the chemiosmotic theory, which includes the vital protonmotive role of CoQ10 in energy transfer systems. In the early 1980's, there was a considerable acceleration in the number and size of clinical trials. These resulted in part from the availability of CoQ10 in large quantities from pharmaceutical companies in Japan and from the capacity to directly measure CoQ10 in blood and tissue by high performance liquid chromatography. Lars Ernster of Sweden, enlarged upon CoQ10's importance as an antioxidant and free radical scavenger. Professor Karl Folkers went on to receive the Priestly Medal from the American Chemical Society in 1986 and the National Medal of Science from President Bush in 1990 for his work with CoQ10 and other vitamins. Normal blood and tissue levels of CoQ10 have been well established by numerous investigators around the world. Significantly decreased levels of CoQ10 have been noted in a wide variety of diseases in both animal and human studies. CoQ10 deficiency may be caused by insufficient dietary CoQ10, impairment in CoQ10 biosynthesis, excessive utilization of CoQ10 by the body, or any combination of the three. Decreased dietary intake is presumed in chronic malnutrition and cachexia. The relative contribution of CoQ10 biosynthesis versus dietary CoQ10 is under investigation. Karl Folkers takes the position that the dominant source of CoQ10 in man is biosynthesis. This complex, 17 step process, requiring at least seven vitamins (vitamin B2 - riboflavin, vitamin B3 - niacinamide, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, vitamin C, and pantothenic acid) and several trace elements, is, by its nature, highly vulnerable. Karl Folkers argues that suboptimal nutrient intake in man is almost universal and that there is subsequent secondary impairment in CoQ10 biosynthesis. This would mean that average or "normal" levels of CoQ10 are really suboptimal and the very low levels observed in advanced disease states represent only the tip of a deficiency "ice berg". HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors used to treat elevated blood cholesterol levels by blocking cholesterol biosynthesis also block CoQ10 biosynthesis. The resulting lowering of blood CoQ10 level is due to the partially shared biosynthetic pathway of CoQ10 and cholesterol. In patients with heart failure this is more than a laboratory observation. It has a significant harmful effect which can be negated by oral CoQ10 supplementation. Increased body consumption of CoQ10 is the presumed cause of low blood CoQ10 levels seen in excessive exertion, hypermetabolism, and acute shock states. It is likely that all three mechanisms (insufficient dietary CoQ10, impaired CoQ10 biosynthesis, and excessive utilization of CoQ10) are operable to varying degrees in most cases of observed CoQ10 deficiency. To date no daily recommendation for CoQ10 has been determined. Most studies have used 200-1200 mg. daily to treat disease states. A good starting point would be to use 100 mg. daily since most manufacturers make this dose already. will help repair joint damage.

Q: I suffer from severe arthrisis pain. NOTHING the Doctors (been to half a dozen) give me, help. Can you rcommend something? - Harriet Goodman, San Antonio, TX A: Yes. Pure Peanut Oil dabbed on the affected joints twice a day will help - people see remarkable results within 2 - 3 days. An even MORE effective mix, is equat parts of Peanut Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Cod Liver Oil, DMSO (Liquid - 100% - hard to find - some health food stores, and, Veterinarians/ Veterinary supply stores handle it), and, liquid Spirits of camphor (or, camphorated spirits - it's off the shelf in most Pharmacies, and, First Aid sections of stores). Thoroughly shake this mix. Dab it on the affected joints twice a day (NOTE: DMSO enhances skin absorption - always use clean hands/ rags). Most people see results within 1 - 2 days. In stubborn cases, up the use to three times a day. If pain persists - soak som gauze in the mix, put it over the affect joints, then wrap the joints with Saran wrap - use electrical tape ( LIGHTLY wrapped) to hold the plastic in place. Leave on for several hours. Almost all, get pain relief from this, those that don't, at least see improvement. Since long term arthriis generall involves joint destruction, the supplemants Chondroitin Sulfate, and, glucosamine, will help repair joint damage.

Q: I supplement my diet with milk to get plenty of calcium. Is milk and other dairy products as healthy as advertised? - Kelley Garrett, San Antonio, TX A: Surprisingly, no. Cow's milk is simply, just that, for cows. Man is the only animal that drinks milk into adulthood. Milk is higher in iron and sugar than humans need. Although milk is high in calcium, only approximately 30% of it is bioavailable (easily used by the body) as compared to 60-70% for fruits, grains, legumes, nuts, roots, seeds, and vegetables. On a calorie rather than an ounce to ounce basis, the latter beats the former for bioavailable calcium, by a long shot. In industrialized nations, milk is fortified with vitamin D, to enhance calcium absorption-this being almost totally unnecessary as 10-15 minutes in the sun, two to three times a week, in healthy individuals, is sufficient to stimulate the body's skin to produce sufficient vitamin D, for calcium absorption. The magnesium-calcium ratios in milk are about 33% of the one-one ratio necessary for the most efficient absorption of calcium. After age 4, in most humans, lactase, the enzyme in the body, that breaks down lactose, the milk sugar, a disaccharide (two sugars) to galactose and glucose, monosaccharide (one sugar) sugars, declines drastically to near zero. Lactose then passes undigested, into the large intestine, where bacteria ferment it into gases and lactic acid. Symptoms produced by this process, are: abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, gas, and nausea- known as lactose intolerance. Galactose has been linked to increased risk of ovarian cancer in women. Milk proteins have been linked to several autoimmune diseases-diabetes, MS, and rheumatoid arthritis, allergies, asthma, Celiac's Disease, Colic, Crohn's Disease, heart disease, and obesity. In the diabetes link, bovine serum albumin (BSA) mimics closely, a protein on the beta cells, the insulin producing cells of the body. When the body develops an allergic reaction to BSA, it is also stimulated to destroy the beta cells through an autoimmune attack, causing diabetes. Milk also contains the two major proteins causing allergic reactions, casein and whey. If a person is allergic to the casein, then the milk of all animals is forbidden as this protein is identical in all animals. If a person is allergic to the whey of the milk of one animal, the milk of another animal may be tolerated as the whey structure varies from animal to animal. The milk proteins also contain phosphorous and sulfur compounds which acidify the blood. To alkalize the blood, the body draws calcium out of the bones-incidentally, the countries with the highest rates of osteoporosis, also have the highest consumption rates of milk and dairy products. The calcium is then filtered through the kidneys and may produce kidney stones. Milk in its natural state, is not homogenized (broken down into fat globules of equal size). When not homogenized, the milk fat globules cannot cross the intestinal barrier, into the bloodstream. Homogenized,The milk fat globules can cross the intestinal barrier into the bloodstream where they become part of the body's fat stores, along with any carcinogens, drugs (especially antibiotics producing increasing drug-resistant bacteria in humans), hormones, pesticides, and anything else that is stored in the fats. In short, if milk is to be used in the diet, moderation should be the guide.
