Like a flower

that did not get

proper care

I can be

dug out by

hands so careful

and

dirty

and

strong 

I can be moved

to tears

by verbs and

empty desert

caves within

my 

painted on heart

I can hold the shovel

slowly break

this earth of

my skin,

my mucsle

and 

bone
