the days are long
nights even longer
not hearing from you
makes me worry
but I know you're doing okay
just really busy
I wait for the letter
and read it over and over when it comes
its hard to write back
there’s so much I want to say
yet no words to say it right
so when my letters
are far and few in between
don’t think I forgot about you
know that I cant explain my feelings
