I dont know how, 

To close my eyes without seeing you

I dont know how,

to forget that your my dream come true

I dont know how,

To hear that song and not break down

I dont know how,

to face the world without a frown

But each day I do...

to try and be just your friend

to see my love come to an end

I dont know how, 

to keep myself from loving you

I dont know how,

But still each day I do....

The words it never was, ring thru my ears.

 The pain in my chest that brings me to tears.  

The smile that I fake just to try and disguise,

How much I miss you, from my eyes...

I dont know how,

To lay in bed alone at night

I dont know how,

I will ever again be all right

I dont know how, 

To hear what I am meant to learn,

I dont know how,

To pretend that this doesn't hurt..

God, I dont know how,

But each and every single day,

Just so that you wont go away,
