Ok I am trippin! I swear i keep hearing that noise on here when someone shouts at you but when I look at my shoutbox there is nothing. If I am losing my mind and hearing things someone please refer me to a good doctor. If someone is shouting at me and my thing is broke or whatever I am really sorry. I can hear ya but I cant see what it says. Is it just me? Is anyone else having issues with the sound effects here?
