I have finally decided to quit smoking. I picked a bad time to do it, but I guess it's always going to be a bad time. I had my last one today, and I'm already ready to rip someone's head off. I didn't realize what a big part of my day that habit was. I want to feel better, but I feel like I'm losing a good friend. I think this next week is going to be hellish.
Any tips for quitting cold turkey? I don't want to use the patch, gum or pill or anything like that.
