I still can't make this stuff from scratch

find out that if you boil it til it floats,
drain it
and toss it into a flat iron skillet with ribeye juice in it
you got yourself an oral orgasm

You'll want to swallow.

Not quite a pan sauce, not quite gravy, and for some reason the starchy lil dumplings seem to grab it up pretty good.

I like mine with artichoke and almond pesto

It also goes good with black olive tepanad and sundried tomatos
thought I'd share that with you

but yeah, its a very rich, fluffy, flavor
so I left out the herbs and pepper on this one

my spinach pesto is a whole nother solar system

so naturally I put melted butter into it with equal portions light olive oil and some soft cheese I had in the fridge

The almonds have an uppercut.
I like it. I think its a great delivery system for their flavor.

I keep forgetting to grab shelled pistachios though
for a more rounded pesto maybe.

Is good for anything firm fleshed and expertly seared. (this would include pork, chicken, duck, moose and tuna)

It's probably good on bread

I've got a 1/144 G Gundam ready for the block, and I just finished my second Gouf.

Too hot to paint.
Hotter than it was the last time it was too hot to paint
by about 20 degrees.

I don't have too many ideas yet... but... that thing needs work anyway
can't even stand on its own power- heels swivel too much

One of my idols is building a Gouf resin conversion and he glued his joints into place for stability. I'm not crazy about fixed positions
mostly because we all know I'm a commitophobe.

No tattoos. No kids. No glueing otherwise poseable kits into new and previously unimagined pewpewmax postions.

A resin conversion is a semi or professional resin recast of the plastic parts often with new etchings, panel lines, or modified parts (often hands or parts that are blowfully under designed on the original) or a conversion of a well known kit to a more obscure named custom suit.
In this case he's modifiying a Gouf version KA into a neograde (people that made the resin mold) Gouf Custom modeled after Captain Norris' custom Gouf from 08th MS team. And yes... that's one of my favorites.

Most conversions kits (and this is the main reason I haven't dabbled) are twice or thrice the cost of the original bandai kit. I've seen this one for $60 at the lowest. $150 direct from suppliers. Explain that to me...
