I wanted to post a small message about how me and my boyfriend met on fubar.
I have been with him only a week now but let me tell you he has been a blessing in disguise. From the moment we started talking we can't seem to take time out to stop talking to each other. When I met Tim aka hotrodtb81 on here it was through the Secret Admirer game like most others, I admired him and he returned the favor.
Next thing I know he gets me a devil heart bling just because. I was kinda suprised to recieve it since I really don't get alot of them on fubar to speak of and so I responded with a big thank you. So a few days go by and we exchanged phone numbers so we could keep in touch when were not on the computer. He called me late one night with a code for my phone to add minutes to it so I did and we talked and talked and talked. Well the following Sunday after he was scheduled to leave the states to head to Iraq for 5 months to work on military vehicles and we both knew it was gonna be hard to keep in touch with each other but we continued to try. As a few days went by I had used up all my time on the phone with him and told him in the last text message that I was out of minutes, next thing I know he is adding another 2,000 minutes on my phone for me as well. I spent the next few days contemplating on wether I would date him or not since we had discussed it and being as were in two different countries right now how hard that may be for the both of us. Finally on February 27th, my mothers birthday I agreed to start seeing him and it made him the most happiest man on earth he said.
He constantly sends me text messages, emails, and little gifts here and there to remind me that he is thinking of me everyday. We try our best to talk on the phone atleast once a day or more if possible. The phone service sucks but hey I will settle for whatever I can get.
He has agreed in July when he returns home to drive all the way to Missouri to spend a week or more with me before going back to Georgia, I have done told him though I dont think I will be able to let him go back without me. As far as future plans for me and him well eventually we will probably get married down the road someday as we have already talked about spending the rest of our lives together. I may just pack up and go back with him in July if all works out right.
This story just goes to show that real love can exist online its just a matter of the two people being strong and wanting it bad enough.
Thank you fubar for causing us to meet on that day in that instant...
