-20 degrees here in Sparta, Wisconsin; but the high will be 11 above - a heat wave, be still my heart, lol!!
It's official! I got my nephew's wedding invitation yesterday. It's at the end of April and it will be the first wedding my guys will get to attend! Yeah, big effing deal - that's what they said too, lol!! All except Dakota, who is 12 years old. This wedding qualifies as a "social event" for him, lol! This should be fun to watch! The 3 year old twin nieces (OK, greatnieces!) will be the flower girls. They are very lively little ladies - this may be a disaster! I hope someone has a video camera at hand, lol.
And a real "wedding dance"!! The Midwest loves its wedding dances, my friends! Everything from waltzes and polkas to relatively modern stuff. And it wouldn't be a wedding dance without the "Chicken Dance." Nothing like seeing a bride, in full regalia, doing the "Chicken Dance"!! Even my Mom will get up and do that one, OMG! Me? I hide!!
Well, not much for news at the moment! Just as well there is nothing to report, lol!
