Prep & Cooking Time: 30 min. Yield: 3 servings Serving Size: 3.000 ounces 1 Tbsp chili powder 1 Tbsp black pepper 1 whole chicken (no skin, raw) 1 cup raw sweet red peppers, sliced into rings 1 cup raw sweet yellow peppers, diced 1-1/2 oz white wine 1 Tbsp wheat or white flour all-purpose (enriched, unbleached) 1 Tbsp raspberry vinegar Flavored cooking spray Directions: For this recipe, it is recommended to make the sauce first 1. Spray pan with flavored cooking spray, saute yellow peppers, add flour, wine and raspberry vinegar, simmer 2. Season with black pepper and chili powder 3. Puree in blender or processor 4. Pour in pan and keep warm over low heat, until chicken is done Next, prepare the chicken 1. Cook chicken on grill over open flame until done 2.
