Looks like it cost about 250 a month for the whole shebang of a kit....

Wanna know a secret? The product is a scam.

Most of them seem to look like a pyramid scam

Medically I cant find where they hold a edge on some new technology that pits their product against one you can make for yourself at home cheaper with More Protein Fiber and Nutrients

Their Shake..about 2 bucks each

Homemade..about 50 cents OR less

1 1lb Container NOW Soy Protein.....$8.80

OR Muscle Milk Powder  6lb bag for about 35 bucks

1 11.7 oz of Metamucil Clear and Natural Fiber......$11.80... 57 servings per bottle

Take a One Gallon Bag and add Contents Of Metamucil...

Add 25 Scoops Of The Muscle Milk

Tah dah make shake and Take a Multivitamin with shake

Makes 57 serving Shakes

42 cents per serving for shake and add about a nickel a day for the Vitamin pill.

With Better Protein and Vitamins and much less cost than the Program

All Legal  No Pyramid Scams to deal With No False Claims .

Gonna Do Some More research and Do My Own 90 day challenge~ Just gonna do it like a good Cheap Bish Would!!!!

For the time being I am having to lock my photos down to my family only.

This is in part due to the fact that there have been new profiles created using pics from my files that were right clicked and saved and used as their primary photos and some of these photos were along the borerline of NSFW.

Then this dummy profiler was going and down rating me and my friends and family members and sending lewd messages to them as well.

I do not know yet who is at the bottom of this but for the time being  these new profiles have been reported to Fubar admin.

It has come to my attention as well that any...and i mean ANY photo of you or that you have in your files may be taken with or without your knowledge and there is NOTHING that can be done unless you have watermarked or copyrighted your pictures.

In Fubar your pics are fair game to whoever may want them, and they may do as they like with them as long as they dont infringe upon local state or federal laws Or Violate a Terms Of Service Here in Fubar.

This IS something you may wish to keep in mind as we upload our photos here.

For the time being I am No Longer accepting new requests from anyone who does not have a salute this also includes any lounges that I own and operate

This will reduce the amount of drama created by these malicious ones hell bent on causing me or anyone i care about grief.

Fubar is supposed to be FUN...It sucks when We have to close ourselves off due to the immaturity and maliciousness of others

I Love cutting corners everywhere I can...

This is one poor girls take on the coffee creamers you can make easy at home, and save tons of money versus what you pay in the store.

This quick and easy recipe will make One Quart Creamer

I buy Half N Half to start..Now Half N Half Is just that..Half Milk and Half Heavy Cream. 

If you already have heavy cream (like around the holidays) Then go ahead and mix with any percentage of milk you have on hand. . The percentage ratio is up to you..I use 50/50 ratio because i like a creamy taste.

 *Also Keep in mind you may use evap milk mixed with 50 percent water to replace and make the milk.*  

**You may mix Powdered Creamer with equal parts water to also make a Liquid Creamer and add your personal flavors. Most Powdered creamers have sugars in them also so keep that in mind.**

Vanilla Extract 2 Tbsp or

I use imitation Vanilla because its 1 bottles for a dollar 

I Use 4Tbsp but you may use more or less to taste

Now the Sweetners....You may omit sugar altogether depending on taste or dietary restrictions

I take 1/4 c white sugar ..mix with just enough HOT water to dissolve into a syrup with no granules left.

or Sugar substitute may be used..7-10 packets again dissolved more or less to taste or

4 tbsp Maple Syrup can be used as sweetner too

or Light Karo Syrup

Mix all items together in blender on low or stir by hand in a pitcher..Have a container to pour in that has a sealing lid and may be stored up to 2 weeks safely in your refrigerator

We can mix and match the flavors  Use Peppermint Extract use coconut  or hazelnut syrups If You Use premade syrups Reduce or eliminate sugar , the premade syrups are sweetened already. 

The Point is Play and create wonderful delicious and cheaper versions you will be happy to indulge in. There are so many things we already have in our kitchens that can effectively replace the store bought items at a fraction of the cost and We control the amounts of ingredients we want to use to meet our personal taste. We may also feel better that there isnt alot of stuff we cant pronounce and dont need in our bodies anyways!

A teacher in New York was teaching her class about bullying and gave them the following exercise to perform.

She had the children take a piece of paper and told them to crumple it up, stamp on it and really mess it up but do not rip it.

Then she had them unfold the paper, smooth it out and look at how scarred and dirty is was.

She then told them to tell it they’re sorry.

Now even though they said they were sorry and tried to fix the paper, she pointed out all the scars they left behind.

And that those scars will never go away no matter how hard they tried to fix it.

That is what happens when a child bully’s another child, they may say they’re sorry but the scars are there forever.
