The weather is doing its Fall thing here in West Central Wisconsin, lol. We've got a Wind Advisory today, with the temperature between 38 and 40 degrees. Winds will be 20 to 30 miles per hour, with gusts to 45! Where's my coat?
The big question is, will the male teenagers in the household listen and actually wear a coat to school?? They love to run around without jackets in the winter time as well, crazy kids!
Jennifer, oldest daughter who is at Villa Success in Prairie du Chien for 8 weeks, has informed me she has a 24 hour pass for Thanksgiving! So one of us will provide the transport and she'll actually get to spend a holiday with us this year. Last year was a disaster for her, as far as holidays go!
Another busy week is on tap for me at work. And I'm giving a talk on Acupressure for Self Care on Thursday at River Park Wellness Center. That should be fun! I always enjoy educating everyone about Traditional Chinese Medicine. Good stuff, lol!!
This crazy cold that started in my throat has progressed to my lungs and the coughing stage. Yuck! Trying not to OD on cough medicine, but still keep the cough under control - a good trick. Anyone else ever OD on cough meds with Dextromethorphan in the mix?? Yeah, quite a trip, wasn't it, lmao! I hate that "head packed in cotton balls" feeling. Reminds me of something else I tried once - didn't like it, either!
I have three clients to treat today, one is my 3 hour treatment. That takes alot out of me, I tell you. And I charge by the treatment, not the hour! Ah, well. I'm just glad we're getting her problems under control finally.
For some reason, I am being nudged to send energy to lots of specific past life companions. If you feel a little strange, Dear Ones - INCOMING!!!! I'm trying to cushion/soften the arrival of my energy on your energetic doorsteps. I'm told it is overwhelming at times. If it is, please forgive me! I'm just following orders, lol.
