I'm thinking about submitting the following as a suggestion.
The Valentines Bling achievemtents for 5 and 20, should be:
Receive a Valentines Bling from 5 different people
Receive a Valentines Bling from 20 different people
Give a Valentines Bling to 5 different people
Give a Valentines Bling to 20 different people
Leave the 50 and 100 as they are, cumulative.

Starting Thursday morning, the 9AM-11PM Happy Hours will be awarded at around 2AM PST each day. If you get one you'll receive a PM Notification with its time.
This probably should have been made a one or two week trial with a set end date, then evaluated and commented upon in an open forum. This could have been done only one or two days every week for a start to see how it goes and how people react. If this is going to become the new normal, a lot more will have to change. 2 and 5 Happy hour achievements will be obsolete. FuDarling and 25K likes (any higher) will be about impossible. New achievements for winning 1, 5, 10 happy hours?
Four ideas:
1. One Happy Hour award per person.
2. No rewarded Happy hour to anyone running a HH the previous day. You can't use a HH to win a HH.
3. Seven day period between rewarded Happy Hours.
4. Email verified achievement requirement for all rewarded happy hours.
