Woot ... Black & Blue . . . Much like my bruises Emotional not physical - lol My psyche has been taking a beating and to top it off - I have a Birthday fast approaching that's making me feel -well- a little less than young ... Not old, but 'vintage' perhaps? So not having very much of a subject to open for thought or discussion ... To tie my blog or link it to today's "You Rock" greeting, I guess I can babble like an old coot until YOU start "skimming" to some words or phrase of relevance ... Good Luck on that! These days 'rocking' has a little different meaning, I suppose it changes often threw anyone's lifetime.

From getting rocked from infancy to skipping rocks as a child or being as stubborn as one in the teens ... "ROCK" hmm Me ... I used to "rock" with 3 to 4 more people up on the stage back in the day ... But if someone ask these days - When was the last time I rocked ...

Being on stage isn't the first thing that comes to mind! *shakes head slowly* Yeah, The rocking & partying has a whole lot of different meaning: Last time I got someone "stoned" was when my lawn mower accidentally flung One as I was mowing the lawn! I'm not quite ready for "rocking"

myself to sleep with Matlock repeats flickering in front of me ... But - It's slightly more appealing to me than nursing a hangover ... But make no mistake about it ... I still ROCK!

I had a hard time finding the right "ROCK" song today ... Bad enough I've been feeling old, but when I look for certain songs that comes to mind for a subject matter ... And then discovering I cant find a video for the song ... because the song was out Long before videos was even made ... lol So, just a silly question: What's the first song that comes to YOUR mind that has the word "Rock" in it?

I was amazed not only today but on many occasions when that actually happens and it's dated me

I listen to some newer rock I like it - but when I think of -ROCK- and I mentally assign music to my blog It's MY -ROCK- that comes to mind, Although even some stuff from a bit earlier than my time or era. Because that's HOW -I- ROCK ...
