it's been awhile since ive done some sort of update blog, so here goes. my capitalization still doesnt work, i see.

blake: soccer season is under way and he is paying more attention this year. it's great lung exercise for him. he just had his 4 year boosters yesterday. it's hard to believe lil man is 4. he is doing well. we are so blessed. his weight has hit a plateau, though. he's so active. we had to up the pediasure to twice a day, trying to keep the feeding tube away. great news from the cystic fibrosis clinic...they are now working on finding a way to make pulmozyme into an inhaler instead of the almost 30 minute breathing treatment! that would eliminate 1 treatment a day! he still has almost a year of negative readings with his tobi before he can go off of it for awhile. it's a twice a day, 28 days on, 28 days off breathing treatment. he's getting taller...finally! he's my lil hero. :)

khloe: omgosh! she is growing so fast! she turned 2 in august and such the lil diva! it's incredible, but she seriously looks almost exactly like me when i was her age! my lil mini me. :) she seems to have asthma, but they wont diagnose it until she is older. always getting sick and always rattling in her chest. *sigh* she's all about dolls now. she is such the lil mommy. big brother is the world to her and she always wants to do everything he does. :)

mother: ups and downs, as usual. one awesome thing is she has had trouble with her mouth for months. not being able to swallow well and such. it hurt her so to eat. she had lost a lot of weight because of it. her regular doctor kept saying it was caused by malnurishment. we finally got in to her specialist and he believes it is a fungal infection (thrush) and has her on antibiotics for that. she is almost finished with the round of meds and already a huge improvement! lil mama is eating everything in sight! 

the son: he is doing ok now and has finally found a job that's not in one of his father's companies! great to get out from under his thumb! 

me: im just glad some things are looking good for my loved ones. life gets hectic with taking care of mother, but i wouldnt have it any other way.:)

a word on my big seester: i honestly can't say enough about her. she has been awesome. vacations and road trips are her doing. helping out with mother's appointments and such is a blessing. my computer has been down for awhile and i have been saving up for a laptop. seester calls me the other day and says she wants to sell me hers for €$100! she's only doing that to help me out. it's definitely worth a lot more. it's fairly new with lil use at all.i may be getting it this weekend after she gets all her stuff off of it. she treats my grandbabies as her own. i think i'll keep her. :p

life in general: always some good, always some bad...but we should each count our blessings. things could be a lot worse. :)

So, the last 2 weeks have been full of stress.  Nothing to do with Blake's health, so don't worry.  He is still doing good.

It's other things.  Major things.  Why do they always seem to come in bunches.  I have grown accustomed to dealing with 1-2 crises at a time, but this week has decided I need more on my plate.  

I've been good about hiding the stress from everyone, but I needed to vent.  I no longer have access to the one whom I confided everything in and everyone needs at least one person they can open up to.

Sometimes I want to find a place far far away from all life's stress, but alas I am too "responsible" to do that.
