Queen of Swords (crossing) : be sure to look at both sides, not just your own wishes

Page of Wands (inverted) : News may be upsetting to those close to you

Ace of Swords (inverted) : think carefully before action, beware illusions
5.
Eight of Wands (inverted) : perhaps things are moving too quickly for fear of passing by
6.
Six of Swords (inverted) : may feel like no progress, fighting against the current
7.
VII The Chariot (inverted) : slow down and temper your direction, be sure it is not just for material gain
8.
Ten of Pentacles (inverted) : not a good time to gamble, financial security could be in jeopardy
9.
Nine of Wands (inverted) : you may not be ready to face the obstacles/adversity ahead

Eight of Cups (upright) : seek a higher purpose and say goodbye to old tethers, things will end on a positive new direction.
Well I guess that was pretty focused yet cautious. Outcome (10) would suggest that as long as you are making the decision with the right end in mind, your fears and doubts about a proposed change can be overcome and while you may have difficulties to overcome: the finale should result in a good change. Just may not feel like it for some time.
