so why is it that i get promoted to a leadership position and all the detail shit get put on me? becuase im reliable? because the other Sergeant in my squad, who has been promoted for a year longer than me, is busy talking, or just doesnt want to? or is it to see what i can handle?
i think its the last question. i have already done most of the tasks of an army leader, and have continued to for over a year. im always the relied upon guy, and i guess im just pissed that the other sergeant i work with nevr does much of anything as far as the leadership shit goes. errrrrrrrrrr.
