Good Morning and beware… not watering your lawn could mean jail time… Oh my gosh! A 70 year old woman was taken to jail and all because a Utah Police officer decided her lawn was in need of water… (Ok, who’s lawn isn’t? in need of water) Pore Betty Perry a Utah resident had no idea what in the world was going on when a Police Officer knocked at her door and claimed she was in violation of an ordinance. Subsequently she sustained cuts and bruises and landed in jail. She was quickly released once upper brass found out the situation. But, my gosh…what kind of idiot arrests an elderly woman because her lawn was dried out?
Just when you think you have heard it all… along comes another shot in the arm and you scratch your head and think…hmmm is this all made up? Not so…Well do have a great day and perhaps if you live in the proximity of Utah get the garden hose out and let it rip….
