Crab Balls

1 lb crabmeat, special
1 egg
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon old bay seasoning
3 tablespoon self-rising flour
3 drop drops hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
Put crab meat in bowl, removing shell pieces. Add all ingredients and mix gently until blended. Form into balls. Deep fry until golden. Yields about 30 balls.
