Ingredients:
* 1/3 cup diced carrots
* 1/2 cup diced celery
* 1 cup chopped onion
* 4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and diced
* 8 oz sliced fresh white mushrooms
* 1/2 cup chicken broth
* 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
* 2 cup purchased alfredo sauce
* 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon all purpose flour
Method
Layer first five ingredients in 4-5 quart crock pot in order given. Pour broth over top, do not stir, than add diced chicken. Stir together remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and spoon over chicken. Do not stir and cover, cook 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
Notes: Serve over hot biscuits for a delicious and complete meal.
