There are few certainties in life. First is your going to die. Second is that sometime during your life your going to fall in love. Third is that your going to have regrets. Fourth is that your going to do what your going to do. Fifth is your going to hurt someone. Sixth is your going to get hurt. Seventh is your going to want what someone else has. Eighth is that you need money to live life. Ninth is that the government is going to tax you for living. Tenth is your going to hate the government for it.
One of the things I’ve learned is that you should never regret falling in love. You can regret falling in love WITH someone but don’t regret falling in love. When you fall in love you always fall in love with that one or two things about that person that you find attractive and that’s nothing to regret. Sooner or later all those things that you fell in love with in other people will be found in just one person instead of several different people. You just have to take the time to realize what those things are each time and also realize that not everyone will have all those traits. You may just find someone with several of them that just happens to love you as much as you love them. I’ve only been truly in love with someone twice and both times I would have given my life for them. Both times I would have done anything and everything in my power to protect them and make them happy. Both times I was burned, used and taken for granted. No matter what I did or was willing to do it just wasn’t enough. But sometimes that’s how it goes. Sometimes you love and loose. Love is a gamble and you just have risk it. Love is worth the risk with the right person. Even when you get hurt or hurt someone in the gamble of love don’t regret it.
