Decided to blog this now as my morning will start really early!
My Dad is doing well. Made it to cardiac rehab and not a problem to be had!
My sister's adventure is coming to an early close. She's arriving home early Friday morning. My Mom didn't say much, but I think the raw foods diet got to her! At least she gave it a try. I'm sure she'll have stories to tell, lol!
Work starts early today and I have a talk to give this evening! Busy day!
