Two middle-school students in Oregon are facing possible time in a juvenile jail and could have to register as sex offenders for smacking girls on the rear end at school.

Ok after I read that article I went WTF? These people are kidding right? I mean give me a break. That crap has been going on since my great great great grandparents were alive and now they think that kids need to register as sex offenders? HAHA try makin them pick up trash on the side of the highway wearing a sign saying "I will not slap another ass until I am 18" I think that would be embarrassment enough.
