1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
3/4 c. shredded cheddar, Swiss or American cheese
1/4 c. diced pimento
1/8 tsp. pepper
In 2 quart microwave safe casserole, combine green pepper and onion. Cover with lid, microwave on high 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in soup and milk. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover, microwave on high 7 minutes or until heated through, stirring twice during heating. Serve over split baked potatoes, cooked noodles, biscuits or toast.
FOR HAM A LA KING: Substitute 1 1/2 cups cooked cubed ham.
