This simple recipe will be an instant success! So easy to throw together and never a slice left. Ingredients 2 croissant packages 1 pkg. Jimmy Dean Sausage 5 eggs 2 potatoes 1/2 pepper 1/2 onion 1 C. shredded cheese Directions Cook sausage, eggs, peppers, onions, and potatoes in a skillet. Take an 9x8 baking pan and lay out the croissants even on the sides. Add half of the sausage and egg mixture. Add 1/2 C. of the cheese, put on the rest of the mixture and add the rest of the cheese.
