I've been monitoring my blood sugar the past year or so. It's always been in the 120's which my Dr says that's good. Well tonight I checked it for the first time this week and I was blown away. It was 99.  I know my A1C dropped a lot the last checkup but this is a real treat. Don't know what I've done, but I'm gonna keep doing it. lol

UPDATE:

My blood sugar has been 89 for 5 weeks and my weight has dropped 65 lbs. I think I e beaten this part of my health issues.
