i confess my soul to you in written word because i can't say what i feel out loud. whenever you're near the words come out jumbled or mispoken or they just seem so empty. i say i love you, but i can't quite find the words to say that you are the moon and i am the tide. i can tell you my whole life...but something about you makes me stutter, forget what i was thinking, forget how to breathe.
i tell you that you're beautiful, but i can't say that you stop my heart...that your light pulls me in like a moth to flame...that when you sigh and laugh and get pissed off...my whole world lights up and dances for you.
