What you need:
1 (16 ounce) package boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup Market Pantry™ Caribbean jerk marinade
1 cup refrigerated mango peach salsa
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1/2 small banana, diced
What you do:
1 Combine chicken and marinade; cover. Refrigerate until ready to grill.
2 Heat grill.
3 In a medium bowl combine salsa, cilantro and banana. Refrigerate until serving time.
4 When ready to grill, place the chicken over medium heat; cover. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until chicken is no longer pink. Brush frequently with marinade during the first 10 minutes of cooking. Serve with salsa.
