3 c. chopped surf clams
5 oz. clarified butter
3 c. ground Ritz crackers
1/2 heaping tbsp. horseradish
1/2 heaping tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire
3/4-1 lb. peeled & deveined lg. uncooked shrimp
1. Drain clams. Place in mixing bowl.
2. Mix with crushed Ritz
3. In another mixing bowl mix butter, horseradish, dry mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire.
4. Add to clams Ritz; mix well.
5. Layout shrimp in an ovenproof casserole dish. Cover with clam mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes at 425 degrees.
