Chicken baked with sour cream and paprika and lemon juice and other seasonings.
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 cup sour cream
* 2 1/2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice
* 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1/4 teaspoon paprika
* 1 garlic clove, finely minced
* 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
* 1/8 teaspoon pepper
* 4 to 6 boneless chicken breast halves
* 1 1/2 cups fine plain dry bread crumbs
PREPARATION:
Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic, seasoned salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Place chicken pieces in the bowl, turning to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate overnight.Remove chicken and coat well with the bread crumbs. Arrange chicken in a greased shallow baking pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, until chicken is tender and juices run clear. Serves 4 to 6.
