Bleh... I'm so frustrated with my weight. It's been at the same number for like a month!! I actually given up on diet soda for a month...it was hard cause I love Diet Dr. Pepper. But I'm used to ice tea now.
So I guess I'm at platu or something. I finally pushed myself to go to the gym today. Felt nice, even though I wasn't there that long. Almost an hour. Just long enough for Rich to get his new WoW expansion pack.
I need to push myself going to the gym more often. I do miss working out as much as I used to. I actually admitted to several people what my weight is. A lot of them didn't believe it, but it's true. I'm a lot heavier than what people think.
But yea.... I have my goal again. I just hope to stick to it
