Orville Smith, a store manager for Best Buy in Augusta , Georgia , told police he observed a male customer, later identified as Tyrone Jackson of Augusta , on surveillance cameras putting a laptop computer under his jacket... When confronted the man became irate, knocked down an employee, drew a knife and ran for the door.
Outside on the sidewalk were four Marines collecting toys for the "Toys for Tots" program. Smith said the Marines stopped the man, but he stabbed one of the Marines, Cpl. Phillip Duggan, in the back, the injury did not appear to be severe.
After Police and an ambulance arrived at the scene Cpl. Duggan was transported for treatment. The subject was also transported to the local hospital with two broken arms, a broken ankle, a broken leg, several missing teeth, possible broken ribs, multiple contusions, assorted lacerations, a broken nose and a broken jaw...injuries he sustained when he slipped and fell off of the curb after stabbing the Marine.

There seems to be a lot of people being shady over trading family adds etc for Famp runs. I realize everyone runs their family different, and that is fine. So there is no confusion on how I do it and what I expect I am writing this blog.
Let me get a couple terms cleared up first.....

Shady
1. illegitimate. underhanded. dishonorable. corrupt. sneaky.
2. A shady person is someone who does not keep it real; a person who hides out; a person who keeps things to themselves.
My family consists of... REAL friends... Permanent family trade... and Temporary family trades. I make it very clear what you are when added.
1. Real Friends... This is pretty self explanatory, I believe. They are in my family because they are my friends.
2. Permanent family trades... We have agreed to keep each other in our families PERMANENTLY*. I don't or SHOULDN'T have to check to see if I am in your family before I run something. You are in mine regardless. I'm not worried if you run something everyday - because you run an amp or god bling most days of the week. If you aren't going to be online or aren't going to run something for awhile, you let me know. In most cases, it doesn't matter, cause our agreement is PERMANENT Family add. I expect the same in return.
3. Temporary family add.... These adds usually are for one amp run or a certain amount of time... ie., a weekend etc. Usually if someone sends me the amp, buys my points and rates or whatever offer I have posted at the time. You will be removed after our agreed upon deal is over.
How I do family trades...
Usually if you just want to straight rates trade... you in my family, me in yours... I will ask you to add my hubby too. No, he will probably not add you as his family as his is full most of the time. You want my rates, then this is my deal. Yes, I like rates. But if you haven't noticed, I'm not really in the rates race like I was. I help my hubby - and this is one way I do it. If we make this deal and I check your family at any time and see he is removed, then you have broken our agreement and I will remove you.
If my status says something like... "send me a famp and get added to fam for famp run". It is exactly that - you get in my family while I run my next famp. Even if the famp I run is from someone else. You have "paid" for one famp run in my family. I am not expecting to be added to yours.
I will at times have an open spot in my family when I run something. I will either give it to someone that has me in theirs and has ran an amp or God mode giving me some rates or I will offer it to a random person... ie., status will say something like... " First person with no VIP and no ability bling to shout me get in fam for famp run". This add is for the famp run that is active.
What I expect....
If we have a permanent family add - I don't believe I should have to check on you before I run something. I expect that I am in your family until you have told me otherwise. As you will be in mine until I tell you. Simple
If our agreement is that you have added my hubby as well to be in my family, I expect that you keep him in as well. If you remove either one of us, then I expect that you contact me to let me know.
Removing someone from your family without letting them know so you can take their rates while you aren't giving them yours is just plain shady to me. I will not be shady with anyone and I expect the same in return. I keep my deals with people. If you get caught, as several have, I will remove you.. add you to my bitch files if possible, and you will not be allowed back in my family at any point.
I have been here over 4 years... I'm very well known. If I was shady at all, in anyway, it would be known. Trust me, people would LOVE to bust me on some bullshit. You don't hear bullshit about me, because that just isnt who I am. I help who I can when I can. I keep my word to people. I expect the same.
I'm NOT promising I will run something everyday. I have been lately, but that isn't a promise. I do plan on running something most days of the week. If a point comes where I dont foresee me running anything for awhile - I will make that known to all.
God Mode
Personally, I don't believe it is the best deal for me, unless I'm not going to be around. It lasts about 30 hours for me. During which time I cant "like" anyone, polish anyone's bling etc. Rates don't reset except with a new day. I get more rates from running a famp/boomerang. If I run a famp/boomerang in the evening - then my rates have reset and I end up getting more rates then if I ahve ran a God mode all day. For some people a God bling is the better bet. It isn't for me, if I am going to be around. Some people are all about God bling fam trades. That's fine. But I think you need to weigh who it is and if it is going to work out best.

PS - Being shady or pulling some bullshit on my hubby, is just like doing it to me. We are very easy to get along with people. (Granted he is nicer than I am.) If you have to remove one of us or both, simply let us know. If you try to be slick and remove one of us or both, still take our rates while not sharing yours... we will find out.

Some of you may have noticed I am not around much the last few months. So I am writing this to explain it once, instead of over and over to those that are asking.
To be honest, I am a bit bored with fu. Don't get me wrong, I love fu. But I am not into it like I use to be. I have been here since it was LostCherry.com. When there were no VIPs - no Bling - no Happy Hours. You could only rate a profile once in a lifetime. We did contests for Big Pimping gifts! LOL Yes, things have changed. And for the most part, I have to say for the better.
I have made some great friends on here. Too many to mention. From people who I met my first week on here, to recently made friends. From admin to bouncers to your average fu. Amazing people! And I would like to thank you guys for making fu so much fun for me.
Some of you like me, some of you hate me. LOL That is just the way it goes. But VERY few of you actually know me. Thank you to the ones that have taken the time to look past what people say and spent the time to get to know me. You know who you are, and we will be friends forever.
I am NOT leaving. I am just not into the whole game of fu much anymore. This may change. You know we all go through times like this with fu.
I have done a lot to promote this site. Helped whenever I could... doing salutes for promotions, gave my opinion to admin (sometimes when they didnt even want to hear it.) I have brought in over 1770 people on referrals alone. I love this site and I love Mike (babyj).
I would like to thank Mike for dealing with me, for being my friend and being so good to me. Trust me this man has listened to me bitch, and he didnt have to. He could have just deleted me and been done with it. I appreciate your friendship and the fact that you have dealt with me so long and have gone above and beyond to be fair with me.
I have never cheated anyone or lied to them. I have never shouted anyone and asked them to buy me anything. I have never done a cam show or called anyone just to get something on fu. Everything I have gotten was either a business transaction... ie... they wanted fubucks for a bling pack/blast etc.. they wanted access to my pics and gave me something for that. There have been VERY FEW and I mean that honestly, very few people on here have given me something just to be nice.... without expecting anything in return. So those rumors that go around that I use people... just rumors. But believe what you want.
Regardless, of how you feel about me.... most of you cant remember fu without me. Good or bad - that is the way it is. LOL I am the best player in the game of fu. I am on more lists, top ranked, thank any other fu EVER.
For the past few months the only reason, I really log on is to play fuMafia. And now that is getting a bit boring as well. At the level I am at - you are pretty much at a stalemate with everyone else around you. They are changing it to where skill means nothing and referrals are what will make you strong. I am sorry, I have brought in enough people to this site. And if that isnt appreciated.... if they STILL want more from me... then you guys can come kick my mafia ass. Cause I will not do it. The game should be about skill. Not about how many people you can get to make a profile - and the majority of them will never play. I have spent literally $1000's of dollars in bling credits on fuMafia alone... on my player but mostly giving favors to others. I will not delete my player - cause I love my mafia family. My turf has some of the best people in and out of the game - and I enjoy chatting with them.
ALL questions, concerns and comments I have had about mafia have gone unanswered. Regardless, as to whether they were addressed in shouts or the blog. Meanwhile, whenever they have a question for me, I am always there to give my opinion. I don't know if this is cause fu is growing or if it is just the way the mafia admin deals with things. This is not how I am use to fu being. One of the things that has set fu apart from other sites, is they actually have listened to what its members have to say. And they have made changes accordingly sometimes. Not always, BUT they have always listened.
So, in closing - I am NOT leaving. I am just not around as much as I use to be. I am not concerned about ranks. The fun isnt there as it was before. This may pass. So what do we do?
Don't overreact some say. We aren't.
We haven't lashed out. No missiles on the first night just for effect.
Don't kill innocent people. We are not the ones who waged war on the innocent. We seek the guilty.
Look for a diplomatic solution. There is no diplomacy with Bin Laden or the Taliban regime.
State an ultimatum and get their response. We stated the ultimatum; they haven't responded.
Understand the causes of terror. Yes, we should try, but let there be no moral ambiguity about this: nothing could ever justify the events of 11 September, and it is to turn justice on its head to pretend it could.
The action we take will be proportionate; targeted; we will do all we humanly can to avoid civilian casualties. But understand what we are dealing with. Listen to the calls of those passengers on the planes. Think of the children on them, told they were going to die.
Think of the cruelty beyond our comprehension as amongst the screams and the anguish of the innocent, those hijackers drove at full throttle planes laden with fuel into buildings where tens of thousands worked.
They have no moral inhibition on the slaughter of the innocent. If they could have murdered not 7,000 but 70,000 does anyone doubt they would have done so and rejoiced in it?
There is no compromise possible with such people, no meeting of minds, no point of understanding with such terror.
Just a choice: defeat it or be defeated by it. And defeat it we must.
